They were able to unblock my drain very quickly, that was Great but they didnt have a simple universal hose replacement for the toilet. I had to then go to my local hardware store to get one and replace it myself. That was half the reason I called them to my place . . . So I wouldn't have to do it myself. Friendly service though.
