I have been highly satisfied with Veterinary Skin and Ear in West LA. All the front office staff are highly attentive, helpful & professional. And the office is welcoming and clean.
Dr. Lancellotti is terrific. She
makes sure we are comfortable with and understand the treatment plan/goals. She assures us that she is always available for any questions or concerns that may arise. Overall, we are pleased and feel confident that our pup health needs are in good hands.

Amazing first time visit today! The staff was more than accommodating. I went to the wrong location and ended up being 20 minutes late to my appointment. Not only were the gracious enough to let me still attend my dogs appointment but they got us in right away and catered to my dogs reactivity needs. I am really grateful for their care. So caring, so accommodating, so patient, made us feel heard and seen, you were all very knowledgeable and handled my dog with the utmost love.

We came to Dr. Richman for a horrible ear infection which resulted in total hearing loss. Not only did he persevere with what was a very difficult and unique (and hard to treat infection), he also went above and beyond by helping us get our dog off of Prednisone, which improved her general health significantly. Dr. Richman's expertise and diligent, detailed care saved our dog's hearing and improved her quality of life. Great care from Dr. Richman and the entire staff! We are extremely grateful.

I can not speak more highly of the service, care, and expertise offered by Dr. Austin Richmond and the staff at Vet Skin and Ear. I was with them with a pet for many years and can only say good things.

They really work with you for the specific needs of you and your animal. They solved my cat's skin issues, something that other vets had been unable to do.

I would recommend anyone and everyone to this Vet.

I am long overdue to write a review for Dr. Lancelloti and her team Tom, Kimberly, and all the nurses and office staff. Our dog developed a mysterious scab and within days had them all over. We called so many vets and none would get us in quickly. Vet Skin and Ear had us in on the same day. Dr. Lancelloti diagnosed our dog correctly on the first visit. We've had many follow up appointments and always felt like Dr. Lancelloti has our dogs' best interest at heart. Our dog gets nervous around other dogs and the staff always makes sure she feels safe. The office hours are super convenient with early and late days. Parking is easy. We are forever grateful!

Gwen and I are so happy to have Dr. Richmond in our lives! Before we found him and as a new rescue, she was in very rough shape with bald patches all over her body from scratching due to severe allergies. It took a while to determine exactly what her allergens were to get her on autoimmunity treatment, which has increased her quality of life. Gwen went from rags to riches with the ultimate LA makeover and now has gorgeous white spotted fur. If your fur baby has allergies, I can’t recommend Dr. Richmond enough!

From the minute I found their website, I knew that if anyone could help my dog with her recurring ear infections, it would be these folks! From our first visit I walked away feeling informed and armed with a game plan to help her. In only a few days, I've already seen a noticeable difference. Her ears look better, she's not itching as much, and she is LOVING the new food that they have prescribed! I'm looking forward to her followup visits to continue her improved health. Dr. Boyd and staff were knowlegable, friendly, and had a game plan to find the root cause of my dogs issues.

The staff is very friendly, they are timely and also the vet was wonderful. She explained everything and helped my dog, Molly.

Very pleased with service. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Dr Lancellotti was precise, very professional and patient. Clinic was very clean. They make sure patients leave understanding what their pet’s condition is and having that assurance that the clinic staff will be there all the way.

Dr. Lancellotti and her staff made our experience great. We first took our dog that lost his hearing completely after a severe ear infection. With her treatment plan his hearing came back. She now treats our Yorkie for chronic ear infections.and his ears are doing great now. She is kind, loving and knowledgeable. Her staff is also wonderful.

I initially brought my dog, Ollie, in for an ongoing skin allergy issue. Dr. Boyd promptly provided much-needed relief, and the recommended medication has effectively prevented the problem from recurring. The efficiency and professionalism of the staff were impressive. Dr. Boyd was attentive, addressing all my questions, and I left feeling relieved to have found an excellent skin specialist.

On the second visit, we had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Byun. His knowledge, personable nature, and gentleness with Ollie stood out. Dr. Byun successfully removed a growth without anesthesia, exactly as I wanted. The staff accommodated us the same day for the removal, eliminating the need for a return visit. I highly recommend Vetinary Skin and Ear for their exceptional care.

Excellent care and professional team. My little dog had an ongoing ear issue that the regular vet could not figure out, and it was getting worse. Veterinary Skin & Ear figured out the underlying issues, provided a full plan for recovery, and he's doing so much better.

This has been our first time seeing a specialist and it's been a fantastic experience so far. The staff has been so amazing and being open at 7am is a huge help too. Taking time to thoroughly explain everything each visit and friendly staff! Thank you for everything:)

I can’t even express how happy I am that I found Dr. Richman and Vet Ear and Skin. I actually drove nearly 200 miles to the appointment. My English Bulldog was totally healthy except for allergies that I did not even come close to fully understanding that seemed to become a part of her everyday life- just barely managing them but never actually getting rid of it all. His knowledge and comprehensive approach, examining my dog for a good 45 to 50 minutes, was exceptional. He put together a complete evaluation, testing, and treatment plan and I have nothing but confidence that we have finally put my bulldog closer to a more comfortable and healthy life- free from allergies and skin infections and ear infections. If you’re within driving distance I can’t recommend this vet office enough. The staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful too. There are no surprises either- every policy and charge is black and white- explained upfront and that’s something you don’t often find in many vet/ medical offices.

Dr. Boyd and all the staff I have had opportunity to interact with have been exceptional. Testing, Treatment & Medications Plan, Re-checks, Communication . My comfort level with Dr. Boyd & staff is wonderful because I see my beloved pet improving under her care.

Dr. Boyd was very thorough in her examination of my dog's symptoms, reviewing previous veterinary visit information and lab results and providing a clear plan for his diagnosis recovery/improvement. I would recommend this practice for any pet owner seeking thoughtful care.

Dr. Boyd was Wonderful. Very engaging with our dog as well as with me. She explained what she saw, offered options for treatment, and further options if the initial treatment plan is unsuccessful. Very thorough and professional. Also her treatment team was very pleasant and professional. Communication before and during the appointment was on point.

Wonderful welcoming staff from the moment you call. They absolutely care about your pets. This is all an aside to the spot on medicine that manage the cases that befuddle others. They do it all great

The staff was friendly and helpful. They guided me on steps to keep my dog healthy and prescribed medicines for his current issues. Testing his paws, nose and ears for infection. Suggesting a food switch to keep his allergies at bay and going over all care instructions before I left.
