Best pharmacy in town! Friendly and efficient staff who greet you with big smiles, efficient and compassionate group of people. They offer delivery and they’re open until 7 on weekdays! Guys I wish I found ya’ll sooner! Thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do for myself and my family!

I was fed up with the big box pharmacies being out of stock of my kiddos monthly Rx’s and not caring. Cal Oaks has the small local business feel. No long waits, the employees know your name and greet you with a smile. Only caveat is to make sure your prescribing provider sends RXs to the Pasadena location as there is a San Marino location as well..

I have to compliment and comment on Jay.
He is the star in the Pasadena retail world.

And of course the owner the gorgeous marvelous Minah is a
Treasure to cherish.
And Tina knows everything go to her if you have a problem and Tina will make it go away.

I love Cal Oaks Pharmacy! I originally started with them because my pharmacy did not have my medication in stock and suggested Cal Oaks. Their customer service, specifically with Ashley, is outstanding!! She's very knowledgeable and goes out of her way each and every time! They are also quick and efficient. I've been a customer for at least the past 5 years or so.

My family and I are their patients for the past 18 years.At first I chose Cal Oaks Pharmacy just because it was close to my house and my work, but their wonderful customer service and knowledge made us so attached to them, to the point that we do not want change our pharmacy under no circumstance. Now, we live abut 40 minutes from them, but still go there to get our prescriptions. The pharmacist who owns the pharmacy is one of those people who you rarely can find these days.Her knowledge, insightfulness, and genuine kindness is truly unbelievable. Not only is she an amazing person, the people who she chose to work for her are also amazingly helpful, kind and sweet.Thank you Cal Oaks Pharmacy.

I am their client since since 2008.My deceased husband also was their client since 2008 until he passed away last year.We were always so happy with their service. Their kindness is beyond imagination.They always greeted us with dignity and respect, and helped us with our medical needs in every possible way (and still do for myself). All these years we have never spotted any mistake with their ways of doing things. If there was ever any discrepancy in doctor’s orders, the pharmacist would contact the doctor’s office to resolve the issue to prevent any hassle for us. Not only do they not make difficulties for us, but they also always made it easy for us to receive our medications. We are greatly in fond of their service.

I've been going here for more than 8 years. MINA and her team actually know you and care about you! During some of the most difficult times in my life: physically, personally or self safety everyone was a compassionate professional who alway did everything they could for their patients professionally, ethically and humanely. Apparently their bar has been impassable since I had to move; except for Incline Pharmacy.

Frustrated with CVS I thought it might be a more personal experience with a smaller pharmacy. I anticipated some trade-offs with the availability of some medications. My experience however was far better. They quickly learned my name and greeted me each time as I walked in the door., Medications that I had waited hours\days for at CVS...they had filled in 10 min's, priced at or BETTER than CVS. They called the insurance or doctors if there was an issue, always trying to be helpful and always professional. First rate neighborhood pharmacy!!
