Jim Koo and his staff have always taken care of us with the upmost care and professionalism. They only sell the very best brands and they know how to service and troubleshoot better than anyone else I've ever used. They know their stuff!

Updated 2023: My laptop screen cracked, along with other issues, and I took it in; they were as helpful as last time and didn't charge to do a quick evaluation and were transparent about the cost to fix. They also suggested some similar laptop models when I asked and didn't try to upsell/peer pressure me into buying/making a decision right away, which I greatly appreciate! Will return and recommend if I need to <3

Needed a hard drive reinstallation and it took less than thirty minutes! The staff was very kind, and were upfront about the price and procedure.

Had my ailing laptop in and out in no time. I will definitely be coming back here for any authorized service repairs, and I'll likely stop in the next time I need to purchase a laptop as well. An all around great shop.

Jim defines the phrase “goes above and beyond”. We use the Notebookshop to supply not just laptops but also desktops and monitors for all our clients. Jim provides white glove service on all machines including custom imaging and now autopilot enrollment for Intune. We couldn’t run our business without him!

These guys are good. I bought my laptop here a few years ago and come here to get it serviced. You cannot beat service like theirs, period. I will be buying my next computer from them for sure.

Extremely honest and intelligent people. Repaired my Thinkpad after I dropped it. Thought it was a motherboard replacement. They managed to fix it without replacing the motherboard for FREE. Will definitely be bringing my other laptops in to this company next time.

I can't say enough good things about this company or their staff. They're GREAT! We're on our 5th purchase from them in the last 10 + years. We only happened to come upon them out of desperation when my computer was dying a painful death. We had a budget we had to stay within and their no pressure sales staff listened to what our needs were and met them beautifully. Now a days, it's very hard to find a company you can truly trust with your computer or the valuable information on it and we have no concerns about some of the nightmare issues others have had with so called, Geek Squad problems.

Free diagnosis from an authorized Lenovo dealer. Took them 2 hours to assess the issue and give me an estimate
