The Lakes Mall

Met friends to see Maverick movie at the Edward Regal theater. Great movie $8. Had late dinner at Jasmine middle eastern cuisine.

Enjoyed a movie at the Edwards movie theater. But love the feel of the Lakes. Nice water fountain and places to eat. Great atmosphere for the entire family.

And there's places to park to shop too!

I love one world. And Bun street and the Tamle street but it's closed?

You have to try Anna's pizza. They have really good Chicago deep dish. If my stomach could handle it, I would eat that dish everyday. So much cheese, I am lactose intolerant.

Great food theater and safe atmosphere

100th birthday festival on 2/19/23 was well-organized & plenty of parking. Lots of vendors & great music & entertainment (belly dancers were beautiful!)

This place is trying so hard. I feel like it’s a bad location. There’s plenty of parking. It can get really crowded and I still find parking. Just gotta walk further. The movie theater has the latest movies playing and there are places to eat.

Great pizza great food in general and really great deals on spaghetti during the week they have this $5 special.
They've been around over 30 years it's an excellent family place to eat.

Great people are are always awsome and they have THE BEST FOOD IN PIZZA ECT. IN TOWN, they have all the sports games on the have adults competing it's just a great place to be even with your kids """ANNA'S PIZZA""" owner came out and greeted us and made sure he kept his 6ft distance due to the covid19 but made sure everything was Great with my girlfriend and myself. The place was awsome and we had a great time. And date night during all of what's going on during the quarantine

It's a little secluded, but has a great variety of food, and a great pizza place and movie theater. Defiently good for a last minute date idea. The younger ones also seem to be quite fascinated with the fountain.

Hi everyone my family & I came to Noypitz a Filipino food to celebrate my wife's birthday we good food here good & reasonable price nice service if just incase u want to have filipino cuisine just look for Jay they will give u a good service & great food. Place is very clean and neat it's a bar & grill and if u want to relax & enjoy some drink & sing Karaoke. Just look for Jay tell him Rey referred u . Enjoy happy Eating.

After eating at his joint u can walk around the if u want to watch movies there's the EDWARDS THEATER. ENJOY MY FRIENDS

Love their little area outside theatres. Love coming out of movies and having a variety of places to choose from. The pizza place is great. Ice cream place is wonderful too.

Perfect place to hang out

Not much action when we went here. We had lunch at Noypitz a filipino restaurant. Adequate parking spaces across the lakes mall. Pretty clean.

Love the area because of Anna's Pizza and really only Anna's Pizza, that's the only reason I go to the Lakes Plaza. West Covina should really do something to boost the economy in this area.

Pretty cool place, it has all these different types of restaurants and a movie theater.

Super convenient to drive here when I wanna watch a movie. There's a lot of foods nearby as well.
