Sheraton Cerritos Hotel

Great staff at the desk. Check in was easy and very accommodating.
Very nice inside the common areas and the rooms are quite nice also.
Plenty of dining and shopping within a quick walk and close to other great attractions.

Went for 3days for wife's birthday. The whole place was fantastic. From room service and cleaning to the complementary breakfast and staffing. Will definitely refer to anyone asking for a good place to stay. The whole area is quiet and comfortable. Thanks for making wife's birthday so enjoyable .

This Hotel is totally "outstanding". If you go to the LA area, this is definitely where you want to stay. We stayed 11 days here because of the hospitality. We will be staying there 15 days in September.

Enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Cerritos Hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The amenities are excellent and the staff attentive. The restaurant / bar was spacious with an outdoor area. Room was spacious with a large television.

Very clean, staffing is super friendly and helpful. It's all about location, location, location. The hotel is located in a nice area of Cerritos, surrounded by a variety of stores for shopping and groceries. You don't have to go far from here to get just about anything you may need. Our staycation was very pleasant here.

We recently stayed for a wedding so we stayed the whole weekend.
The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable.
The pool wasn't very impressive, but at least it was clean.
We frequented the bar, and Elizabeth is amazing and makes the best tequila sun rises, old fashioned, and palomas. So if you stay and want a good drink, ask for Elizabeth!!
Actually, all the staff we dealt with were really lovely.
The location of this hotel is perfect there's so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. If we have to stay in town again, we will definitely come back!

This is in a very nice part of town, surrounded by anything you could need for your stay. The grounds are beautifully kept and the room smelled really good and was spotless!! The lobby and staff were also very pleasant.
We will definitely be staying here anytime we come to the area. We didn’t bring our children this time but I would feel comfortable having them stay here, the pool and hot tub look great! It feels like a safe place to be.
One thing that might be important to someone is the our bathroom was small, we didn’t mind at all especially because the bed and room were big.
One other thing that is worth noting is that breakfast is not included, you have to pay and it is a buffet. The room was priced so reasonably we had no problem ordering Uber eats for a very small delivery fee. We do usually really appreciate an included breakfast when we have our 3-5 kids but everything was so good that we would make an exception.

Our stay was made very comfortable with the help of Irma, our hotel house keeper. Kudos to her.

Truly enjoyed this hotel. Rooms are super clean. The only con about the room was the lack of microwave. They however have a community microwave. Parking and wifi is free. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is walking distance to eateries and shops, and just about 7mins drive to the mall. Will definitely come again. They also provided to military pricing which was a welcomed surprise!

Our first night was quiet, however a family moved in next door the second night and it was extremely loud. I'm not sure if it was just the volume of the family or the room, as we had not heard a squeak from any neighbors, the night before.

Very easy parking. Lots of parking. Full buffet breakfast free to elite members. Very accommodating front desk.

This Place was actually for our Maintenance and Regional Managers meeting w/ wsh management. I'm pretty sure the luxury rooms are adequately but the service we got for the morning and lunch time was a Top 5 star and the location in Cerritos was Awesome 👌

The stay was absolutely great with the exception of room service, ordered pancakes which can be described in two words BIG AND DRY. No other complaints. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and it's in a good location.

This is one of the better Marriott branded hotels i stayed at. Whilst they didn't price match the internet prices offered by third party sites, they made up on the excess with exceptional service and other offerings.

The property sits in a quiet office buildings area where noise is minimal.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed.

The bathroom is furnished with full size toiletries, something I have not seen in any hotel in recent times.

There are plenty of amenities in the hotel to suit all needs: restaurant/bar, fitness room, jacuzzi/pool, etc,.

I would highly recommend a stay here and sure we will be back again when in the LA area.

Excellent, friendly service at the front desk and restaurant. Nice rooms. Had an issue with fire alarms going off at 1:30 and 2:00am. Did not get much sleep after that but they made it right with a few extra Marriott points for the inconvenience.

Nice rooms, I was pleasantly surprised. They have a nice little bar in the lobby area as well. They have an average pool and hot tub. They are across the street from multiple restaurants, Walmart and other stores, even a movie theater, and Best Buy is just down the street. They are a little pricey. However, other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

So many great shops just across the street. Quiet, comfortable, beautiful rooms!

I had a very pleasant experience with this hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The bartenders were friendly and made great drinks. It's a great location with stores and restaurants right across the street

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel lobby is clean and elegant. The elevators were always accessible, no wait. The rooms were clean and the furniture was modern. The bathroom was remodeled as well. I will stay here again. Definitely recommend.

Rooms are spacious and practical, but bathrooms are a tad dated. Very good value overall, and great location. Breakfast buffet was much better than the average Sheraton.
