Farmers Insurance - Ian Rubin

First off, my review is WAY over due for them. Ian and his staff have been providing insurance services not only for myself, but also providing great services to my family as well for many years now. They are well-known in the Agoura Hills area and we couldn't be more happier. They are a family owned business which makes it even better! They provide all the necessary information/solutions/customer service as if they were a big corporation but with that caring / urgency of family comfort! Ian, Danielle, and Nick are all phenomenal. If one isn't available or busy, then the other one is and they are familiar with your policies. I couldn't ask for a better carrier and team behind it. I highly recommend Ian Rubin's agency to anyone who is looking for quality and great customer service!

The only thing I would change about the customs service & reliability would be to leave 6 stars. I was very nervous to switch my auto insurance for the first time but they were so helpful & communicative. I had the pleasure of talking with Nick. From the first phone call I could tell he had my best interest and was determined to find some thing that worked for me. I appreciated him answering all of my many questions and being patient with my understanding of the coverage. For anyone looking to switch agencies and feel taken care of I would 100% suggest this family owned business.

Ian Rubin Farmers Insurance agency is an example of insurance-made-easy. When I first contacted the agency I was very skeptical (as many of us are when shopping for insurance). From the beginning, the staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, making it easy for me. Every time I call the office during open hours, someone answers and I never get a recording which is AWESOME!!! I highly recommend this agency for all your insurance needs!!!

I was never able to get a hold of my previous agent when I had to make a last minute payment or when I needed to make a change on my policy.That's why I left them and found Ian Rubin Insurance Agency. Their customer service has been outstanding. I would highly recommend their services.

All these reviews are lies. Just threatened with violence from Ian. Very unprofessional. Don't trust these people with your money or insurance.
