The place was packed @230 pm on a non-holiday Saturday, but there were ~8 sales people helping everyone, so we were seen quickly. The Sales person was polite and helpful, so it looks like customer service has improved from 2 years ago.

We ended up purchasing 2 22k bracelets @$85/g. The current market price is $69, seems reasonable enough for me.

Amazing staff and Service! I went there to get my wife’s mangalsutra fixed and they did a really good job and since it was a small job they did not charge me for it but the jeweler next door asked me $50. If you want Indian style jewellery experience then definitely check out this place.

I visit Shan jewelers in Artesia and fell in love with this white gold diamond pendant. The price was a little steep at first but Shan helped me out with the price. The pendant came with a certificate and he got me an appraisal for it. I will definitely be coming back to Shan for my jewelry needs!

I came during Diwali and my experience here was great. I came looking for a diamond ring and the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. I usually but my gold from Artesia. So I drive down from San Diego. I wanted to try a new jewelry place in Artesia, so I came to Shan to see their jewelry collection. Pioneer has a lot of jewelry stores and I visited majority of them. The sales person at Shan was very nice and showed me all the different items they had. They made it very easy for me to decide what to get and were very patient even though they were quite busy during that time. I experienced great costumer service. I was very satisfied with my purchase of bangles, earrings and necklace. Will definently be coming back.
