Coach Guimma Muay Thai MMA

I have been training with Coach Guimma for two years now and it’s become a totally integral part of my week. I started from 0 and have been absolutely amazed by my progress. He’s incredibly patient, breaks everything down into easily digestible segments, and never hesitates to challenge you. The fact it’s a great workout is secondary to how much fun it is to train with him! Claudia is also fantastic, scheduling is a breeze and she is always super helpful. I would encourage anyone at any level to train with Guimma!

I have been working with Guimma privately for 3 straight years, several times a week. Before him I was training Muay thai for another 7 years. Having worked with many coaches in this sport, I can say easily he is the best. Outside of being an excellent coach who cares about all of his students he also has an incredible background. Most people probably don't know too much about the history of Muay Thai and striking but Guimma trained inside one of the most iconic gyms in the history of this sport. He shares that knowledge with us.

Coach Guimma has taught me more than I’ve learned at big gyms, and I’ve been to a lot. My skill in Muay Thai has definitely improved, and so has my strength and fitness. Coach is extremely experienced and also very patient, and dedicates his time fully to you during training. Bonus is that he is willing to train where convenient for you. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I have been training Muay Thai with Guimma for roughly 1 year. I can honestly say that it is easily the best workout I have ever had. I have never felt better in my life, nor have I ever had so much fun working out. Every training session is a new challenge, and definitely not monotonous like some of the other workouts I’ve done.
