Everyone seems to have good relationship with each other~we were gonna get a used car here but there was an unresolved issue with the car so it’s no longer for sale…however during this whole process negotiating and trying to fix the car and they even try to help us finding another similar models…we can really sense that they value customers and really care about us! I loved that Andrew was so transparent about any costs I may have incurred if the issue I was having with my Camry wasn’t covered under my warranty. The times he gave me on my part arriving to the time the work would be completed were spot on! That’s very convenient when you’re a busy person like myself.
