Armando and Robin are the best. They’re genuine, honest people that own a great local business. You can trust the quality of their products and you won’t be provided a “hard sell”. Armando made me a custom Cuban Gold Chain that I couldn’t be happier with. He also cleaned my girlfriend’s watch brilliantly and provided her an appraisal that was accepted by a jeweler insurer. We will be returning customers, if not to just say hello to two friendly people.

After going to so many jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring, I finally came to Lozano’s and not only found the perfect ring but great customer service as well! Armando and Robin are so kind and patient. The process of picking out your forever ring can be so overwhelming but they both made me feel welcome and at ease. And according to my future fiancé they have the most comfortable chairs so he didn’t mind sitting there chatting with Armando for hours while I looked at rings. :-) I’m so thankful to have found Lozano’s. Armando and Robin and leo are awesome the best small jewelry store in town. They do the best repairs and it does not take weeks to do. I love how honest they are. I took my vintage Rolex to them and left it for a couple weeks to be repaired and sized, totally trusted them.

Armando and Robin are excellent! I was referred to Lozano's Jewelry by a friend who also had a great experience. They helped me create an outstanding engagement ring for my then fiancé on a rather tight timeline. Robin helped me narrow down the style I was looking for and recommended setting the diamond a little lower for functionality which was great advice (my wife loves how it's set). Armando didn't have the exact diamond I was looking for, although his selection was good. He was quick to have the perfect diamond shipped in and double-checked before finalizing. They completed the setting ahead of schedule - my expectations were definitely exceeded.
It's been almost a year since my initial experience with them and I've purchased a few more items already.
I am always confident in sending clients, friends, and family members to their shop because they give nothing less than incredible service and straight forward guidance. I was not expecting such a great experience, as I headed out to shop for an engagement ring. I am not one to get excited about jewelry, but darn, I really enjoyed going to this jewelry store. Armando and Robin are a pleasure. They made my engagement ring shopping experience smooth. They are genuine and personable. They made, what I expected to be a bit daunting, an enjoyable process. Aside from an obvious knowledge base, they demonstrated some serious patience (I most definitely tested it). Between so many ring options and the many variables within diamonds, they did not hesitate to allow me to dwell and chose what worked best for me. Armando was able to layout any type of diamond, with whichever array of cuts and qualities, I showed an interest in. What's best is they informed, but did not pressure me one way or another. In the end, I was able to make a confident and informed decision. Who knows if she'll say yes haha, but either way, this part of the experience was solid.

After having a bad customer service experience at a competing jeweler in the area, my family and I found Lozano’s. Not only was the staff at Lozano’s more professional, kinder and experienced than the competition, they were able to fix a heirloom jewelry piece for us the same day!!

I spent 3 months looking for an engagement ring for my now fiancee and I was so happy to have chosen Lozano's jewelry. From the moment I first walked into the store, Armando made it clear that he was going to partner with me in helping me find the perfect ring. I went to 12 other jewelers, most of whom wanted to sell me something they already had or put pressure on me to commit before leaving the store, neither of which Armando did.

I ended up going to Lozano's jewelry 4 times. Armando was generous enough to order a few settings online and have them delivered to his store. One of the most powerful moments for me at Lozano's was one when of the settings I wanted arrived. Despite the fact that I loved it online and asked Armando to order it, I didn't like how it looked in person. It took Armando one glance at my face to know I didn't want it. He didn't spend one second of time convincing me to buy it. He said you don't like it, don't buy it, this is an important decision. I will send it back. He then helped me find a setting and ring that I absolutely fell in love with, and then he had it resized and customized (changing the head from princess to round diamond) for me in record time. My fiancee absolutely adored it, said yes on the spot, and has spent much of the last week flaunting it to all of her friends and family. I came out looking like a king. I would highly, highly recommend Lozano's to anyone.

This is the only jeweler I will go to from now on as his selection is wonderful and his character shows trustworthiness. Customers need that when choosing a piece of jewelry. Armando delivers high quality at a fair price.
