Great customer service by their staff TONY. I was walking around the store don't know what to get but he asked me if I'm ok and if I have any questions. Such nice and warm person I ended up buying bombshell perfume and he said that I get a free lotion with this purchase. These little gestures and friendly customer service are sure things/reasons that make customers like me come back . Tony is an asset to your business!

I've being going to this location regularly for past 12yrs. I am VIP black angel cardholder and I can tell you, today was really special. I was stressed out about all the gifts for my friends and family members that I need to purchase and their tastes.

I was helped by Reina and what a great sales rep she is! She knew answers to all of my questions; she pointed me to some great suggestions and, she was also very professional. Her knowledge of items and inventory was impeccable.

Usually, the other lack the knowledge, for example when I asked what perfumes have Rose scent, Reina immediately showed me few choices. She would check immediately sizes in the inventory if they were not on the floor. She new how to combine coupons, etc.

Victoria Secret is lucky to have her!

The staff is so so kind! And they have great deals going on right now. I can't believe I forgot the name of the girl who checked me out but she was incredible. Almost couldn't leave without asking her to hang out sometime lol! Best PINK experience I've ever had!

These babes are super friendly, and are so helpful, as well as informative about the killer deals! I ended up waking out with some great items from smell goods to swim suit and all the cute intimates for under 100 bucks! Customer service is huge for me, as Iam a waitress myself, let me tell you the employees and lication rock!

I liked this victoria secret, it seemed fully stocked with all sizes which I liked. I did notice tht they only have six people in there at a time bcus of covid. The employees were nice, I'd go again.

my favorite store. I shop when they have discounts and good deals which is often. helpful staff. Body spray, body lotion and scrubs. as well as bras and underwear. also, work out clothing is available at this store. Located inside the mall at Hollywood blvd.

The day I went they were only letting 5ppl in at a time so I had to wait forever. They also had some Cali branded merchandise that they say they only sell in the Hollywood store bc it's a tourist area but they said they were discontinuing the line

The salespeople are super nice and helpful. During the Covid pandemic 7 people at a time can shop. Worth it!!!!
