My wife and I met Craig at an open house he was hosting. We weren't planning on buying for at least a year and were just seeing what was available in our area. We instantly decided Craig was the realtor we'd deal with the moment we met him. He was very friendly and not pushy whatsoever. My wife emailed him several questions and he instantly responded knowing we weren't buying anytime soon. It was so nice to have somebody so willing to answer questions knowing there was no immediate sale potential. Once were ready to actively look for a home Craig took us to every home that was within our budget and had the features we were looking for. He never wasted our time showing us homes that he knew wouldn't work. When we found the home we wanted he got our offer accepted over a few others. He's truly a great person to work with and I'd recommend anyone to him!

For years, my husband and I discussed the possibility of returning to Ventura County but had no idea if it was financially possible. Approximately 6 weeks ago we contacted Craig on the recommendation of

Calls are always answered or returned very promptly and his thoughtful questions and recommendations demonstrate that he has listened to us carefully.
Our FL home has now sold and we are leaving for CA next week with every confidence Craig will find us the right home in the right community. This man is the consummate real estate professional who has exceeded our every expectation! It seems clear that personalized service and complete customer satisfaction is the foundation upon which his business is built.

We just recently purchased a home and Craig was our realtor. He is amazing! If it wasn't for Craig we would not be in our dream home. Not only is he an amazing guy but he knows everything there is to about the real estate market and will get the deal done! Buying a home is one of the biggest things you will do and I'm so thankful that I had Craig who had our back. When we moved into our house it wasn't cleaned and there was literally three dumpsters of trash that had to be hauled away. Craig had a cleaning crew come in to clean my house and he fought to get us reimbursed for the costs of the dump fees. He fought really hard for us even after the close of the house. There was also a huge beam that was left and instead of just letting us deal with it which most would have done he posted on his personal Facebook page trying to get someone to take the beam. It ended up that he paid someone to come and cut it and remove it. I am indebted to Craig for all he did and more importantly for getting us in this house. Other realtors I spoke to had said there was no way we could get this deal done but Craig did it. He's a true professional and one thing I love about Craig is that he gives back to the community. Thank you Craig for everything you've done to get my family in this home. We would never use anyone else and will recommend Craig to everyone we know. He is simply the best realtor I've ever worked with.

Craig was an amazing asset in selling our property. I live out of state and felt so comfortable with Craig handling the sale for us. He kept in contact with me the entire time and thankfully we were able to sell fast and without any complications! We will for sure hire him again!
