WESTLAKE SHOES! I visited Westlake Shoes for the first time (in the TJ Maxx center on Thousand Oaks Blvd just off Lindero Canyon). Where have I been ?! I found super cute and comfortable boots and high top tennis shoes by ARA. ARA uses a bamboo based lining so can be worn without socks and they’re waterproof! I have happy feet!

This family owned business carries several great brands…Something for everyone…even guys! 😊. (My son is receiving a pair as a gift!)
A big plus…Ron is really knowledgeable, patient and accommodating.

I just came looking around at the shopping center and bought two pairs of shoes! The salesman is really kind and patient. They have a lot of comfortable shoes from Europe & Israel… really good quality! Good prices for what you get!

Shoes that are stylish AND comfortable – such a hard find but this place has done it! I love every pair and my feet aren’t crying anymore like when they do in my other shoes. The customer service is always on point. So happy!

This is my absolute favorite shoe store! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have so many comfortable and stylish shoes and boots to choose from. I would highly recommend a visit to this wonderful neighborhood gem!

After waiting nearly 3 months for a pair of shoes that I purchased for a special event, I finally went in and asked for a refund. The issue is not that the owner couldn't get my shoes. The issue is that repeatedly I was told he'd check on the situation and call me back, or that he had found a pair and they were being shipped immediately, or that they were coming next week. The phrase, "being given the run around," applies because I never got the shoes.
In our final phone conversation he kept saying he would compensate me whatever I wanted, so when I finally went in and reminded him that he hadn't called me back yet again, as promised, and that I wanted a refund, I was given only the amount I paid. With coupons currently available (which I hadn't used for my purchase) he could have offered me some cash back, but didn't. I won't be returning so I didn't want a discount on my next purchase!
Unfortunately this was the 2nd time this occurred at this store, but the first time I ultimately got the shoes in a shorter period of time. My advice, unless you can leave with your purchase, beware.

It’s very unfortunate that as customer of this store for many years, I have to write this review.
Base on the 7 days return policy, I went back to return my shoes, however they refused and offered me store credit. I bought that pair on the 9th and returning on the 16th. According to the rude explanation by the salesperson I have to use my finger to count . I guess if you don’t have enough brain power use of fingers is the only way to go.
