Love The Walking Company (Russell Ranch Road, Westlake Village) store and the personal service. Yes, they can get really busy...but what does that tell you about their product? The salespeople know their product and help with intelligent recommendations. Daniel is stellar. Based on information I gave him, he recommended a specific sandal. I was kind of meh about it until I wore the sandals for a day. Daniel was so right! I went back and purchased the sandals in 2 additional colors.

Professional friendly no pressure staff. I was at first sceptical of whether their custom orthotic shoes could make a difference but after two weeks touring Rome and Milan my feet never tired. I am sold for life.
