I have been coming here for years for Laser Hair Removal and I have never been disappointed by Susan, the other staff, or by the results.

I went here for over a year I am not a hairy person and I didn't like the results. I paid 150 per session not worth it, it was very painful and they pass the machine very fast and they're machine looks dirty I dont think they clean it between sessions. I dont like going on Sunday's but they only had Sunday appointments I'm looking for another place to go to.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I always gives 5 stars on Google, but this place has no integrity so it deserves my very first 1 star.
I missed two appointments, and I was told they was supposed to take off $50 each, so my last session in my appointment would be voided. I said okay and had no issue with it.
But then I was told it's okay they'll still let me do it out of consideration of customer relations. So I drove an hour back and forth on my off day to this place, only to find out they denied what they said before and tricked me into paying $50.
If they can't do what they promised, then don't promise.
I already accepted voiding my last session because I accept it was my fault. I was extremely busy and didn't put the correct time on my calendar. It's better than tricking me into driving for an hour and pay $50 additional.
I decided not to take the $50 additional for a session's offer also because I was having laser hair removal sessions. It was painful and not effective. It could be due to the laser machine they use, possibly an older model. I had to use numbing cream and wait for a long time bf it takes effective. I paid for the whole package so was thinking of sticking thru the last session and maybe it has marginal effect. But I would not pay additional $50 for it and I would recommend against anyone considering it. Go to Laseraway. They are more expensive yes, but better services, more availability due to locations and enough staffing, and also effective and less painful.
It is my lesson learned the hard way.
