I’ve been into Jared numerous times and almost always received excellent service. The last time I came in, Sal helped me. It was just for repairing a necklace I purchased for my wife. Sal very helpful, professional and friendly. It felt like I was hanging out with a friend.

We came in for my son's engagement ring. Susie was such a patient kind and attentive sales associate. We found tge right one and we will be forever grateful for her help.

Was my first time visiting Jared & definitely won’t be my last. My family and I greatly appreciated being assisted by Dana today. Dana was very kind and helpful. Answered all our questions, let us try on jewelry (and cleaned it for us each time too), and did this all with the most patience. We had two family members shopping today and he handled both our family members with the most attention! If you visit this location please request Dana. Suzette Galvan works at Jared jewelry in Cerritos CA and just made this once in lifetime experience amazing. Came here for a Ring and couldn’t have made it happen without her help. I went in with my girlfriend to get her ring resized. I had purchased it online. Ashley worked with us and was extremely helpful. She offered us the warranty instead of having to pay the fee for the resizing. It was a great deal and provides numerous services. The ring was ready for pick up within days. I will never shop at another jewelry store again. Thank you Ashley and Jared’s! I finally got the ring right :)
