Gentle Care Pet Clinic

I’ve taken my dogs here for years. They care about animal welfare. Dr Kim is so good with the animals. Brought my new dog Bubba and he was met with all kinds of love. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m confident that my pets are getting the best care. I don’t feel over charged, or taken advantage of at any time. We have been coming to this doctor for over 20 years. All staff are friendly and helpful

The front desk personnel were genuinely friendly both on the phone and in person. They made check in and out easy, provided reasonable quotes, and clear post surg instructions. We were able to interact with at least 4 different individuals at the front desk during our visits. The three vet techs were also very patient and kind to our pet and finally both Drs were very friendly, communicated well and explained everything to us. The clinic is small but clean. We were seen and out in less than 30 mins. Prices are very reasonable. They also have coffee for those early morning drop offs.

I always like take my pets to this friendly veterinarian clinic. The doctor and staff are always nice as well as professional. Even for my Great Dane service dog love going here. I prefer this clinic for his shots and yearly exam over our other specialty vet in Pasadena, nicer environment for my pets.

Dr. Kim & team went above and beyond to ensure Max’s experience was as streamlined. Max is a very stressed out whenever he visits the vet, so we used the back entrance. The technician tried to distract Max while I held Max down and Dr Kim gave Max shots from the back. Overall a good experience for my stressed out pup. Thank you Gentle Pet Care.

Dr . Bang and his team have always served us well and provided helpful advice in caring for our dogs health. I would recommend them to a prospective customer.

I've been going to Gentle care for over 20 years now,I just recently brought my baby boy Nacho in for blood tests because he hasn't been himself, of course I got the answers I needed ( while not good) at least I know and can take steps to make him feel better. I didn't get financially drained like I would at other clinics and every one that came in contact with him was very Gentle and caring!

I decided to give 5 stars because our visit with Chris and Dr Bang was really amazing. Upon my arrival with my two felines we were told that they don’t make appointments for two. I specifically asked them when I called and was told it would not be a problem. So basically I was made to feel as if I was making up a story! My husband wanted to leave but thankfully Dr Bang saw both and he couldn’t have been kinder. A huge shoutout to Chris for being so genuine and loving with my kitties

Dr. Bang has been my vet of choice for over 20 years for my pets. I hadn’t seen him in awhile due to my move and was delighted to have him again see my beloved dog Waldo. Everything I had been praying for came to pass as I had great concern in couple areas with Waldo. Dr. Bang is the best!

We adopted our beautiful GSD Luna after discovering she had been returned to the shelter twice. She is a sweet and loving girl but gets severe anxiety whenever we take her to new or unfamiliar environments. We suspect she has fear of abandonment. I let the staff know before our appointment and they were very accommodating to the circumstances. I can state the staff were helpful while Luna adjusted to their office. The vet also assessed Luna with so much love bringing me assurance that she was in the right place. I am thankful to the staff that welcomed Luna and provided her the comfort she needed to feel safe.

We love Dr.Bang, along with the entire staff. Dr. Bang takes his time with our two Doxies and truly gives them "Gentle Care". Most recently, we had one of our Doxies, Shayna, in for a checkup. He took his time with her, talked to her and we did not feel rushed at all. He explained his plan of action and asked if we had any questions. We always recommend him whenever someone wants a referral to a Veterinarian.

Dr. Bang and his staff are amazingly gentle, and kind-hearted. They took such care with not only our cat, but with us as well. They truly understand what you're going through and are genuinely there to help in any way they can. I absolutely love this veterinarian office they always make sure my dog is getting the medicine she needs. They give me the least expensive option for care although I opt for the most expensive one b/c I don’t like to give my girl her ear treatments. I recommend these doctors to everyone.

Gentle Per Care clinic is such a good vet! I went there recently for my puppy to get her shots and they were very loving and gentle with her. They are officially her new vet and she was very calm the whole time. The staff is welcoming and wonderful.

This clinic has the best service I’ve ever seen. The vets are all knowledgeable and really care about your pets. Staff are kind and professional. Everybody in this office is gentle and caring, just like the name of the clinic. The price is very reasonable. I absolutely recommend Gentle Care Pet Clinic for your pets whenever you have a need.

I have been taking my dogs to Gentle Care Pet Clinic for more than a decade. Their bills are always on the cheaper side and the wait is never more than 10 - 15 minutes. The doctors are knowledgeable and honest. I love my dogs and they always take good care of them.

Once again Dr Bang and his staff were courteous and professional. I was able to make appointment the day before and was seen the next morning. Dr Bang asked before doing the xray was very calm, patient and informative when going over the results. Staff was very efficient and friendly.

1st time visiting this place on Monday. I gotta tell ya, Dr. Bang is so good. He was able to diagnosed my dog right away, which LB ANIMAL HOSPITAL WEREN'T ABLE TO DO even with back to back visit with the same problem that dogs having. Dr. Bang helped my dog Charlie a lot. With the right meds so far so good. He was so calm and slowly explained to me what was my dog’s condition and the next step I need to do. All the staff also are great. Esp. Danel, she was so kind and caring. She definitely needs a raise, and everyone that was sweet and kind to us, wanna thank you all Esp. Danel and Dr. Bang for helping us.

Everyone a dental care does a fantastic job with the animals. My dog who is always fearful at the Vets was very patient and loving while we were there to my surprise. I'd recommend them to any animal owner.
