Easiest accessible local Mexican food place, with well priced food and a good patio area, very welcoming for meeting large groups or just a few friends without being rushed. Servers are seasoned workers here, all helpful and nice mannered. The place is modestly decorated and clean. And their prices reflect their attention to want to serve locals on a regular basis. No frills and great attitude. Give them your business, you won't regret having a place to go any day, any time! (Thru the last 30+ yrs Mexican food has been served here under different names, but just as good. In the summer some live music -as was decades back- would be nice to have again).

This place has been in business for 40+ years. The best margaritas I've ever tasted...strong and balanced. The food is amazing too.

This has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. We love the staff in fact my mother and all her friends have all there Birthday lunches there and even bring cake for afterwards and whatever left over they give to the waiters . Plus they have the best margaritas in town . 😋

Everything was fantastic. It would have been nice to feel that the server enjoyed his job. There was nothing wrong with his service....just could have smiled or been a little more animated?

We didn't know this place and was recommended by one of our tour guide. We went there a little late and they were able to accommodate us. The service was exceptional. I ordered the Chimichanga and it was delicious. Totally recommend Mexican restaurant if you are around Agoura Hills.

Authentic flavorful Mexican food! I was worried it would be like some joints I’ve gone to that have toned down the spice for the neighborhood. If I were a local I would be at this joint often! The jalapeño margarita, the albondigas soup, chili verde , pintos and flour tortillas made a happy girl! Spoke with a traveler from Tx who also loved it. The real deal!!

I've lived in Agoura since I was five years old; my family has enjoyed meals from The Latigo Kid for years! All I can say is we are NEVER disappointed; the service is excellent, restaurant is clean and welcoming, staff is very friendly, and the food is always delicious! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience there. Not to mention, the margaritas are perfect! Can't find a better margarita anywhere else.

Haven’t been to the Latigo kid in over 17 years. But this place was as good as I remember it.

Food was good. The service was really good and they check in on you during your visit.
This place needs an Hispanic upgrade on the atmosphere. Clean, just not a mexican feel.

Great service and the food was really good. We order 4 different dishes and were all satisfied with our meal, keep in mind portions are huge!. I had The sopa de albondigas and the crunchy tacos, very good. Drinks are super STRONG, also very good.

Our very favorite Mexican Restaurant and we drive from Thousand Oaks. The food is very good, the margaritas are Awesome and the staff can't be beat. Most of the servers have been there for over 30 years and are wonderful guys!! Family owned and ran over more years then I care to remember.

Great Mexican food with separate bar area and outside seating. Average pricing and large portions. Big enough to have a party in bar area. Plenty of parking. Good service. Kids welcome.

My family,friends, and I have been coming here for years. The people food and drinks are always awesome. Chips and salsa are dynamite every time. Crispy tacos, carne asada burrito\quesadilla, crab enchiladas. So much good flavor. Perra and Cadillac margaritas are the best. Juan,Juan jr, Lee, polo, Alex. Everyone over there always makes it an awesome experience. Keep up the good work guys. Definitely check them out if you haven’t!!

Had lunch with its specials. I highly recommend their Chilli Verdes and Chilli Colorado. My favorite on their lunch menu.

Great atmosphere. Everyone there is super friendly and I've never had to wait for fresh chips.
