I've been going to this cleaners for over 10 years, They have always done an outstanding job cleaning my garments & tailoring them. Don't believe any negative reviews about being treated poorly. If you know, or have met the owners,.Then you know that they are Lovely, Kind, & patient people.

I've been a patron of the Cleaning Store for the past two+ years, they've always done a fantastic job with tough stains, using products that aren't as harsh as other dry cleaners I've been to. Friendly, family owned, quick, maybe a tad pricer than other places, but the quality is higher.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dry cleaning and alterations store. I brought in two brand new suits and two pairs of jeans for alterations. Unfortunately, one suit’s sleeves were not shortened as requested, yet I was still charged about $160 for this service. Additionally, one pair of new jeans was shortened too much, rendering them unwearable, and I ultimately had to discard them. When I approached the owner to correct the issue or adjust the charge, he feigned confusion and used his silliness as an excuse, all the while providing nonsensical explanations that seemed designed to exhaust me into leaving. His demeanor was unprofessional; he acted as though I was obligated to pay and dare I am to question. During our interaction, his wife joined in, falsely claiming I had switched the jacket to discredit me and help her husband. They then conversed in Chinese, possibly discussing how to dismiss me, by at least making sure they don’t contradict each other. It’s frustrating and unacceptable when a business owner displays no accountability for their mistakes and instead behaves as if the customer is at fault. I do not recommend this store due to their poor service quality and unprofessional conduct.

Avoid this store! Took my expensive wedding dress for steaming. I picked it up the day before my wedding. They carelessly had stapled the dress to the bag. I ignored that since it was the inside layer. After I hung my dress I noticed a big hole on my dress in another area. I could not do anything that day since it was a day before my wedding. Took the dress a few days after, they denied it and didn’t try to do anything to make up for their damage!
