Great central location, you have everything you need at this mall, eating, Chinese theater, shopping, supermarket, seafood restaurants, drinks, everything, plenty of parking and it’s free. Grand Marriott hotel right next to the mall new built.

A stop for family: arcade, shopping l, bakery, Asian style food restaurants & AMC Movie theater, Try the Malaysia PappaRich restaurant, my favorite! Safe & Fun. Must mention: Free parking! A great place for all ages. Recommended.

Every time we visit to LA, we come here to this plaza for dimsum and Daiso at least once. They also have stores that sell tea, churros, beauty products, etc. We don't hang around in other stores much, but mainly come for dimsum.

The dim sum place is very good and affordable. The sunmerry bakery is some delicious treats. The Daiso store has a lot of convenient items.

My favorite movie theatre. Free parking. Each movie theatre is roomy, therefore you are not sitting next to another person. During the summertime the ice machine ran out of ice. They should make sure they have plenty of ice since everyone wants a cold drink during the summertime. If the food line is busy when you enter, you might have to return at a later time. I think they are short staffed. There is a game area and photo machine to take pictures.

There are a lot of food options here. If you're looking for late night though, this place isn't your place anymore. The cafes here used to be open later but they aren't open as late anymore. Though if you want a late night workout, 24 is 24 here.

Although the quality of the shops is good, for some reason the shops here often close down.

Don't go to the tasty garden up north, yuck.

The apartment is great too. I've lived here for half a year and I feel comfortable.

This is an absolutely gorgeous mall and location. It has a nice little alley to walk down while you browse shops. Bonus: there’s a beautiful water fountain in the center of it. We don’t have anything like this in Washington State, so this was very nice for me.

Very nice plaza with lots of underground parking. Elevators were a bit too jumpy which Got me feeling a little uneasy. Otherwise a nice place to explore and work out at 24 hr fitness

Quaint outdoor shops and restaurants with condo above. I came here for the theater which was comfortable and had all the latest movies playing on too many screens. Great place to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Shopping, eating, entertainment, and urban living development with cavernous underground parking. Lots of great dining and refreshment places. Also features a cinema multiplex, 24 hour fitness, offices, and other use spaces. A nice addition to the area, although it does seriously impact traffic flow and seems overbuilt for a relatively suburban area. Lots to do in a small area. Ideal for a date night.

the neon fun arcade there is mine and my kids spot. we are pro when it comes to the claw machines.

Great place to hang out if you love drinking boba and eating delicious food. There is a good selection of restaurants to eat at and to shop. There is a Daiso , a cinema and other mini shops that mostly sells cute Japanese accessories/toys.

A nice upscale outdoor mall with a theatre at one end and various restaurants and shops. Most of the restaurants are Asian..Chinese, Japanese, Malaysian and Vietnamese. Capital Seafood in the upper floor is particularly good for dinner as well as dim sum, but expect a crowd and wait on the weekends. There is a Daiso Japan store, a beauty and cosmetics store (catering to Asian tastes) as well as a Korean coffee shop. At the opposite end from the theatre is a 24 hr Fitness. Parking is underground (free) over 3 levels. Above the shops are apartments.

Went to Street Churros after a movie at AMC to have a churro ice cream.
It was something new.
It was something unexpected.
It was delicious.
Five stars for good service and creativity.
Have to return soon.
