Wilshire Royale Apartments

I visited the property today and was amazed... The manager Clio and his assistant were unbelievably friendly and accommodating in every way! I was shown a beautifully remodeled apartment on the 12th floor with a spectacular view... HUGE! I was introduced to the maintenance staff by name and was greeted with smiles and handshakes by each member of the staff... this is professional service!

The property is undergoing a facelift and workers are busy working everywhere... I can only imagine the finished product will be amazing. Even with the construction underway... there was nothing out of place! I didn't see a piece of paper or cigarette butt anywhere... The building has a professionally trained staff and it shows.

I spoke with two residents outside the building who moved in four months ago and they love everything about the Wilshire Royale... what better recommendation could you ask for?

I didn't rent due to a job transfer but I wouldn't hesitate in the future. I like what I saw and was welcomed like family...

The renovated apartments are the most beautiful apartments in LA. People who came to see our apartment thought that we lived in Paris or New York. We had breathtaking views of downtown LA. Since this is a huge building, one can find all sorts of neighbors, but most of them are very friendly. We could not hear any noise from our apartment. The area is really up and coming. The most important thing is that it is so centrally located. One can go so easily to any place in LA. We had to move because we needed another bedroom and we wanted to be closer to work. Also, we wanted to go to an area less busy with more green spaces for our dogs. This is the perfect place for those who want to be in the city, close to Silverlake and Echo Park and appreciate pre-war style. Debra, the general manager, is extremely professional. When I had an issue, I always spoke to her, and she did her best to resolve any issue.

It is really great that there is the Wilshire Royale. I've been here for weeks only and that is my impression. Overall, the outside is in a known high-crime area where you will probably be robbed, but nobody is coming inside, and there are always people around once you are in the building and I'm not on guard for people that are inside the Wilshire Royale, because they seem like normal people. Bad outdoors, very good and luxurious leasing building. The crime is on the public sidewalks etc, not in apartments in this apartment complex. At times smells like marijuana.

Just moved in this week and I’m looking forward to calling this place home for the next year. Angela and Maria were extremely patient and thoughtful during this search. My unit is completely remodeled and the right size for my needs at this time. Thanks again!

Has anyone been here since they’re remodeling? The place is beautiful everyone there is very nice and helpful the apartments are getting remodeled every day a new apartments are being released every day don’t run a come to Royal Wilshire

Super good

Clean and well maintained building. Management are friendly and quick to respond to things that need to be fixed. The pool and spa are clean and well maintained, as well as the fitness centre. The internet is quite good when it works, however it occasionally cuts out and slows down which is very annoying. Not sure if that's the fault of property management to maintain wiring or third party ISP they use that's just rubbish. Valet is quite overpriced, hopefully they don't have plans to rise the price any higher than it already is.

Great views and great location, but I can't believe they were showing available units with the carpet looking like this and expect someone to sign a new lease. Too funny... change out this aging carpet or at the very least, clean out the stains. SMDH.
