I have been more than satisfied with Elsa Home Care’s services. My Mother’s health was deteriorating by the minute after she was diagnosed with dementia; we didn’t know what steps to take. We decided to look into home care and of course did research since nowadays it’s hard to trust anyone with a loved one. I found Elsa and I reach out. Within minutes I received a call back from them. I spoke with Leslie, the owner and not only did she make my family and I feel a lot at ease over the phone, she gave us tips and pointers on how to handle certain issues my mom was going through- something she didn’t have to do as we were still not certain if we’d go with them. We later decided we would, however and I’m so glad we did! Leslie made sure to send out a calm, caring, nurturing and very patient caregiver and my mom has shown a lot of improvement. She hasn’t only been a lot more positive with everything going on, she has been asking to go on walks, she eats great and is very welcoming of the caregiver that makes sure she shows up on time and makes sure my mother is well taken care of. I absolutely love Leslie and Elsa Home Care. I tell everyone about their services! Thank you Elsa! My mom has shown so much improvement 💝

Lesly’s caregiving covered every aspect of his attentive care, from cooking, feeding, changing him, changing bedding, getting him into wheelchairs for walks, waking up in the middle of the night to check on him, accompanying him to doctors' offices or taking care of him in other than his home, at other staffed care facilities, Lesly was constantly there for his every need! When I have a care need for family or friend in the LA area, I would hire her in a New York minute, hands down over any other care giver!
