Try a workout one-on-one with a coach! You won’t regret it

It's very clean, not too crowded. Classes although I haven't tried them. They seem more like a crossfit work out vs just a cardio. So im tempted to try a class. They have enough free weights and machines to get a great work out.

My favorite place to be. Has sleds, tires, battle ropes, farmer walk bars, olympic setups, a staircase, heavy bags, and all the regular gym equipment. Also less crowded. Staff are excellent and kind. So are the members.

Friendly Staff, Clean Equipment, Great uptime on equipment. This place feels like more than a gym it feels like a community of like minded individuals who want a similar thing. To be the best versions of themselves they could be and also are super courteous and available to give knowledge and get knowledge. So many gyms are packed with hotheads and know it alls but I guess when your gym has a ring in the middle of it to settle beefs people become a little less hostile and focus on bettering themselves and others. Would definitely recommend 👌

UFC gym is unlike any other gym, it's one of the gyms that motivates you to take it up the next level. I love all the instructor led classes offered and because of this reason, I really enjoy going to this gym.

I want to take this time to give UFC Gym Rosemead a BIG THANK YOU for being such an amazing, clean, friendly and welcoming gym. From management down the line everyone that works there is just wonderful. A special shout out to Vanessa for being so amazing with my kiddos. They just love you so much and it’s nice that they love coming with me because of how amazing everyone there is. Thank you Jason and Trish for managing this gym so well and hiring the wonderful staff you have.

This is a great local gym. It is large and has plenty of equipment. Their busiest times tend to start around 5pm on the weekdays.
They have plenty of sanitizing stations throughout the gym if you are interested in wiping down the equipment pre or post use. The equipment is in good shape and are rarely down for maintenance.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and having a smoothie bar inside is a nice perk.
The coaches are very knowledgeable and worth the price if you are looking for someone to help you with your workout routine.

Great place for a different workout clean and sanitized. Great customer service also great trainers that help you or give you pointers. Without any hook or BS about hey I can train you to be this or that it's because they genuinely care. About you as a person and willing to help without any gimmick. It's literally like a Gym family I've have bin a member since 2011. From the 1st day I stepped into this gym I have never felt uncomfortable or judged thank UFC gym staff 🤙keep up the great work 🙏

Rep was great amd reasonably priced for my kids youth program. They offer more practices per week than traditional dojos.

Looking for Excellence? UFC Recovery Therapist Trainer Zeus (Jesus) is just that. He's educated and certified to help those in need of Recovery Therapy and an Experienced Trainer. A perfect union.

I now understand the importance of Pre and Post Workout, Recovery Therapy, Nutrition, Sleep and Hydration, since having a Recovery Session with Trainer Zeus.

Trainer Jesus fixed an issue I was experiencing by having a conversation with me about my pain, using electric stimulation, cupping and scraping. He gave me instruction on the exercises and machines I should use to strengthen my areas of concern, along with pre/post exercise and therapy information.

After my recovery session with Zeus and following his instructions, it made my knee and calves stronger, along with feeling more confident in my fitness journey.

I'm mindful now, of the importance of having Jesus as a trainer, since he has Knowledge of Setting up his clients for SUCCESS.

Thank you Jesus for your Knowledge, Dedication, Compassion and Education that supports UFC members and myself.

Cool spot. First time visiting this gym, cool staff members. I got my Schwinn cycling certification at this gym. Probably not as fancy as the Torrance gym, it has its own identity though. It will definitely get the job done. Check them out👊🏽💪🏽

Even though it is just the basic equipment and old, this is my favorite gym. I've been to others, and I don't like the vibe.

I recently moved to the Los Angeles area and wanted to try out an MMA gym so of course I went to the closest UFC gym. I thought it was gonna be full of a bunch of rude fighters trying to make their UFC debut, but I was in for a very pleasant surprise. I signed up for a free BJJ class with Marcos and after signing up, I got a call from Mike, one of the managers. Mike was super helpful, so cool, and very down to earth! From the moment that I arrived at the gym, he made me feel like I belonged there and I knew I wanted to join! He set a great example of how everyone at the gym would treat me. This is definitely a family-like gym. The staff and the other members of the gym are friendly, helpful, and honestly great to be around. On top of that, the classes are amazing, facility is clean and smells good, and they hold a lot of events that I can just chill at! I’m glad that I joined this gym!

All I can say is, "6:00 CYCLING 🚲 FRIDAYS W/ GLEN PAYNE IS A MUST." 🎯🦾

Best gym period! Everyone is there to work and no one is there to judge! Equipment is always free and open and no one is sitting around on their phone... Everything you need for bodybuilding, toning or CrossFit... Highly recommend you give it a try, worth every penny. Sauna is golden!

I went in to cancel my membership cause I could NEVER find a midday “class.” I’m closer to the Torrance gym but unfortunately they have MAJOR ISLAMAPHOBIA!!!!! The La Mirada UFC is extremely clean. Every single staff member you come in contact with is so welcoming and genuine. They have the BEST customer service. I’m willing to travel an hour from my house for my sanity & their over the top hospitality. They also had great music at a perfect volume & merch sales. They deserve 10 ⭐
