Love this studio so much! The teachers are amazing and kind. They really focus on the spiritual aspects of yoga. It is a more gentle practice here, but Diego's one-hour flow is a great challenge if that's more attuned to what you're looking for. Highly recommend any of the classes/teachers here!

I have tired Yoga over the years, but was often left feeling overwhelmed and just not good enough to keep up the intensity of the class. My experience at Yoga Loft has been totally different. The teachers adjust to each student; honoring the individual's experience and flexibility. Never pushed, but encouraged, I have left each session feeling better then when I started, with a increased sense of serenity and well-being. I know I am improving my practice and my health in a safe, professional and nurturing environment. I often find myself looking forward to the next time I can attend. Very good old school yoga, quality and back to basics type of education. Connect with your breath, learn the familiar poses in a new more fundamental way.
