Liz came highly recommended and so I chose her to get my Condo sold. Very happy to say that the recommendations were valid as she did an incredible job. She had an answer to literally every question I had, knew all the appropriate paperwork that needed to be filed for everything, and was always very quick to respond. Super friendly and down to earth, she took care of everything and even though we hit a couple snags that were outside of our control, she maintained her professionalism and ensured that everything was followed up on and taken care of. She always offered real advice as opposed to just trying to close any sale and took good care of me. I highly value her expertise and was grateful that she was the one I chose to represent me. Me and my girlfriend met with Liz over a year ago to get information about the home buying process for our first house and to start a game plan. Hands down best real estate agent. Most hardworking, genuine and legit agent out there. She gets things done so fast and has things ready. Liz really is looking out for you. Her network is big and has many connections. Another great thing is that she is responsive to calls and text she wont ghost you. She was our agent since Jan 2022 and regardless time and date she accommodates to your time. She’s patient kind and a goal getter. I cant think of anything negative, honestly.
