Pillars Tax

Beware of getting your taxes done here! My family and I have used them for years and it wasn’t until now that we discovered that the same mistake has been made on our tax returns this whole time. I called several times and left messages only to find out they were screening my calls. It wasn’t until I blocked my number that they answered. They are completely unprofessional and did not want to help to fix the mistakes. I have no idea how they are in business. They have no basic customer service skills and don’t care to help you. My family and I will never again be doing our taxes with them.

Think twice before you go here for taxes or anything else. They are unprofessional and messes up on our taxes not once, twice but three times and Joy and Ray didn’t want to fix it. We called, left messages and made appointments and they were ignoring us. On top of that for them to fix our mistake we had to pay money and fees finally when we got hold of them. They need to close this place down they don’t care for their customers and they are not honest and they don’t no what the hell they are doing. If I can give a 0 I will definitely my family, friends and I will not doing our taxes with them anymore.
