Some Chinese man was VERY RUDE. I called to cancel a plan. He didn’t understand me so he said something and he HUNG UP on me. Just because I didn’t speak Chinese he was disrespectful to me. I think his name was Simon. Not sure. But RUDE.

戴了几十年眼镜了，也记不清配过多少付眼镜，从未遇到过的事情，在这里配了个眼镜竟然眼花缭乱到根本无法使用。不想难为谁！其实消费者的要求很卑微，就是能用就行。但这里却是奢望。店主用10元和100元的概念来搪塞消费者，表面看来似乎很有道理，其实不然。退一步讲，即便我买的是10元的产品，你的10元产品质量合格吗？有合格证吗？你们在给我们验光，有美国眼科医师执照吗？我实在是太窝囊了，忍不住回应一下。再三申明一下，不想难为谁! 为了生计大家都 不容易，但请你们必须对每一个客户负起应有的，最基本的责任！记住，必须！
