Love this place. Every time that I need to in pick up something for a project they're super helpful and kind.

Never realized how much I might love a local hardware store over the big box chains. Sure they have a smaller store so less room for options but they have all the essentials and the best part is I get the help I need from a very knowledgeable person usually the moment I walk in the door. They take extra care to try to be helpful and get the customer what they need.

Newland True Value is everything a hardware store should be and more. They have great customer service---always friendly and willing to help. Never a disappointment in finding those detailed parts I needed to complete my home projects.

Ordered a grill through the owner, Jim, who was very friendly and graciously offered to have it delivered and assembled for us. A mixup resulted in the wrong model being delivered; when we called Jim, he had it replaced with the correct model within four hours. Wonderful, friendly service. We'll be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They also know about the products they carry. Shopping local is an added bonus. Decent prices. You can buy hardware and garden items, store is small so call ahead if you need specialty item.

Got exactly what I needed had gone to two HD stores ended up with things I thought might work that'll I'll probably never use Ace had great variety

They practise a unique quality of customer service that is pretty much rarely used now a days and in a professional level of speaking to customers, from what you would think is a stupid question to a profesional answer or sugestion.

Newland's is a GREAT hardware business with plenty of assistance, like an old school hardware store! They cut glass were as big box hardware stores do not. I can find the correct screws in their well organized system. I can go on and on......Also,there is PLENTY of parking in back. No more HD for me.

I am a DIYer homeowner and I know whenever I need help I can depend on the entire staff at Newland Hardware to be helpful, cheery, well informed & above all patient.
I highly recommend this hardware store for all your needs~great prices too.

What more can I say. A great little mom-and-pop type hardware store with lots of unique items. A large specialty Hardware section, tools, Plumbing, household items, screens, etc. If you know what I mean then you know what I mean.
