I ended up coming to this clinic because my old primary care took months to schedule me. I called the office since they take walk ins and the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful in terms of explaining what steps I needed to take to change my provider. They gave me a quick appointment for my physical and while I had to wait a bit before getting in I am very happy with the care Dr. Lavi provided. He took the time to get to know me and was so different from the previous doctors I’ve been with who take 5 minutes to talk to you and rush you the whole time.

I am a new patient here and got the honor to meet Dr. Lavi today.

Dr. Lavi himself is a standout. His personalized approach to care goes beyond just medical expertise. He took the time to truly connect, making me feel heard and understood.

The staff was also very friendly. The front desk and the rest of the staff all enhanced my overall experience.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lavi and the team at United Care Family Medical Center. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into a warm and inviting environment. Dr. Lavi's efficiency in getting patients into exam rooms promptly shows a true respect for their time. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and caring, making every visit a comfortable and positive experience. If you're looking for a doctor who truly cares about your well-being, I highly recommend Dr. Lavi. It's rare to find a medical practice that combines both exceptional medical care and genuine compassion.

This place has always been nice to me. And for the people who are.complaining about not hearing anything back about your referrals maybe shut up and listen. It can take up to a week to get your referrals. And if you want it sooner maybe try being patient because that's what you are. And sit down and wait your turn with the rest of the walk ins. Just ignorant I tell you what...

I took my mom who was just moved from Mexico to the clinic for a check-up and expected it to be very costly. But they offered me a wide range of affordable services. The front office staff was very helpful and explained all the insurance options they accept and how to apply for them. The staff was very friendly and helpful and while there was a bit of a wait since the clinic seems very small I was very happy with the care Dr.Lavi provided and will come here again.

Had a really good experience here. Was able to get a same-day appointment as a first time patient when other doctors have had month long wait times in the past. Went in for a podiatry referral for my bunions and plantar fasciitis and got it cleared no problem. I even got set up with bloodwork and a physical at their recommendation, and got a little referral to update my tetanus shot.

The staff were all very nice here and I received a very thorough examination on physical and mental health and was given a number to find a psychologist that works with my insurance. I felt really well taken care of here and like the staff truly cared.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Alfred Lavi and his staff. Most importantly, he was able to achieve the most beautiful, natural looking results. He and his staff really listened my specific needs and desired result, and took the time to answer all my questions. This clinic gets 5 stars for being so knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and making me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. The whole team is really amazing. Dr. Lavi is down to earth and easy to communicate with excellent. I already recommended Dr.Lavi and his office to all of my friends! Not only do they make you feel so comfortable and welcome, I also trust his competency 100%.. Whoever visits him will not be disappointed.

I LOVE THIS CLINIC! Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. I came in with a rash and when I made the appointment, the front staff was very helpful with letting me know the cash prices (also super cheap office visit!) I was aware this is a teaching clinic and I was seen by a medical student first. The student was super attentive and patiently listened to all of my concerns, he was also very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly! Dr. Lavi was also very attentive and gave me this cream to put on. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

The kindest staff. They allow walk ins which is incredible. Generous intelligent and good care. They’re busy but never busy enough to not see you.

Dr. Lavi is one of the most intelligent, kind hearted, knowledgeable, and caring doctors I know. He addresses any concerns his patients have and makes sure to educate them and provide the best treatment plan for them. His staff is also very attentive and helpful as they demonstrate bedside manner and patient care. If you are having any discomfort, I highly recommend visiting UCFMC to receive the best care.

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic with Dr.Lavi. The staff was very friendly and competent and it is clear Dr.Lavi cares deeply for his patients.

The PA, PA assistants Phlebotomidt and MAs are amazing. Great Staff! The Dr. Is Amazing as well. The downfall Really are the Front Desk/Intake Ladies! (Both of them) They are very unfriendly, seems as if they are always in a bad mood, many times they are rude and have attitudes. If they don't like their job they should find a different job because Everyone else in the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Dr. Lavi is an amazing doctor. He cares so much about his patients and the clinic is great!
