Christina Hutson DVM

I have been doing business with Dr. Hutson for about 13 years. I can not say enough about her and her staff. I am very particular about who I trust with my pets and she has passed the test with flying colors. In fact I have moved to Long Beach and still drive to see her when my dog needs care. It is worth it. She is very committed and knowledgeable. She understands the role that our pets play in our lives and how important they are to us. It is my belief that she treats each one as if they were her own. She is extremely thorough and detailed in every part of her practice. I highly recommend taking your pet to Dr. Hutson, you will not regret it.

Dr. Hutson is an excellent vet who treats our 2 dogs like they're her own. She takes the time to listen to any issues, offers possible reasons as to what might be going on and the options for treatment. She never rushes through and you can clearly see that she is a true animal lover who's passionate about her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone who loves his/her pet!

Dr. Hutson has been a part of my family for almost 20 years. She and her staff have taken such wonderful care of our feline friends. Her commitment to her business and the personal interest she takes in all of her client's pets cannot be matched. She even called me on Christmas Eve one year to ask if she could take extra measures in understanding what was ailing my little kitty. I give Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach a thumbs up, 10 stars and a high five!

All of the staff and the doctors are so kind and wonderful. We have had 2 sick pups in the past month that have needed care and I am so thankful that Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach got us in so quickly for appointments. They sent us home with detailed explanations on how to give fluids, clean wounds and give medicine. I appreciated the follow up calls to check on us and the pups. Highly recommend them.

Took both dogs (large) into this vet for the first time and the process was very smooth. My appointment was at 3:40 and when I arrived I was immediately brought into the patient rooms. They were able to take care of both dogs and worked with them well. My dog usually gets very anxious in a vet clinic that has a waiting room and so this experience was great! Monica at the front desk was efficient and helpful, the vet tech worked well with both dogs and gave them treats! Both had wonderful customer service. Dr. Murata was very efficient and gave lots of helpful information. I have switched from a different vet and will be returning!

Dr. Hutson has been my dog's primary vet since 2005. We have had multiple issues with her paw due to a congenital defect. The staff is fabulous. They greet you with a smile, while showing a great deal of care and concern regardless of size. They are always available and prompt in all related facets.
After cycling through some 5+ vets in the area we have found Dr. Hutson to be simply bar none.

Dr. Hutson and all of the support staff at the Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach are fantastic. Not only do they give top notch care, but they treat their patients with love and respect. My dog gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and her tail wags nonstop when she sees the nurses and Dr. Hutson. Rather than the stressful experience we have had at other vets, the Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach is a welcoming, friendly place. I am also impressed with the diagnostic abilities and outstanding treatment given by Dr. Hutson and her staff.

We have been going to Dr. Hutson for at least 20 yrs now. Our experiences have always been good. We have received the best care for our animals throughout the years. The staff is wonderful as is Dr. Hutson. She is totally dedicated to her work and is compassionate. We just think the world of Animal Hospital of Redondo Beach. We moved from Redondo Beach and will not change vets.

My husband and i love the care and attention that the staff and Dr. Hutson give our golden retriever Mattie. Mattie loves the animal hospital even more! It is such a treat for her to go there and her tail is continually wagging even with the rectal thermometers :)!
I recently brought Mattie in for a urine analysis, suspecting a UTI , and Dr. Hutson called me that next morning at 0730 to give us the results. Very prompt service, excellent care, and lovely staff!!

It's not easy to find the perfect person to take care of loved ones and even more so with a beloved pet. Once I found Dr. Hutson and her staff I entrusted them with the care of our family dogs and cat. We have had rare things happen and the usual things as well. I can always count on Dr. Hutson offering the best care and knowing when to refer to a specialist. In her office you will find a caring and attentive staff.

I started taking my boxer boy, Rufus here after my long time vet moved out of state. I couldn't be happier with the service I've been receiving from Dr. Hudson and her staff. They are all friendly and truly care about their patients and owners. Rufus has been having an ongoing issue that has required the attention of multiple specialists. Dr. Hudson has been very good recommending the right specialists and helping me navigate through all of this. I would highly recommend anyone in search of a DVM to set up an appointment.

Dr. Hudson is the best for skittish kitties! After coming back to LA and needing to get my furbaby paperwork for our trip overseas (which ultimately didn't happen bc of Norwegian abruptly changing their pet policy), right down to his check ups while we were gone - done by his fur grandma Dr. Hudson and her staff have gone above and beyond in explaining everything, taking the time to show true empathy, compassion and caring for our skittish little boy.

I think it's totally worth it when you really value your furkid's health and an exceptional Veterinarian who also clearly loves working with animals.

I must say that is the best animal hospital that i have been too. I had been to 2 previous ones and the attention and care that was given to my dog was nothing near what i experienced at Animal Hospital-Redondo Beach. You can tell that the doctors and assistant do their best to make you and your dog have a positive experience. They really care about the well being of your pet. The prices are reasonable and they don't do any uneccessary procedures.

I would trust them to work on any pet that i would have. The are very courteous and welcoming.

Dr. Hutson has been our veterinarian since 1996; we've never had less than excellent service from her, Dr. Tempel and the entire staff. We've been through the entire feline life cycle with them, and they've been very helpful. Our cat Jazzmine had triaditis in her last years, and I believe she had about eight months longer of quality life than she otherwise would have because of AHORB's attentive care. We moved out of the neighborhood in 2001, but still make the extra trip to bring our two little guys here.

Dr. Hudson is an AMAZING vet. She is really good with the pets and is extremely knowledgeable. We have been going to her since the 90's and would recommend her to anyone that really cares about their pets. You will not be disappointed.

I have been been bringing my Lhasa Apso to Dr. Hutson's office for several years. I am especially impressed by the personalized attention. The office takes pictures of the pets, and their owners, and greets us by name. The staff controls traffic in the office so pets do not have to wait in a crowded lobby where pets can get into conflicts; we are ushered into an examining room quickly.Dr. Hutson calls in the evenings, for the convenience of working people, for test results and other concerns. All staff members, doctors, assistants, receptionists, are kind and caring.

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Hutson since the 1990's. They have gone through the excitement of a new kitten to the devastating loss of older cats with me. They have always been warm, caring and understanding. And they have cared enough to tell me when one of my little loves was so very sick that the right thing to do was to allow her to go over the rainbow bridge. That is a hard decision to make even when it is the right decision.

Excellent clinic! Our pup Avery loves Dr. Hutson. They really care for their patients. Highly recommended for your precious furry family members.

Dr Hutson and the team have taken excellent care of our black cocker spaniel, Diego for the past few years. Diego was experiencing a bad skin irritation which Dr Hutson took care of in-time for our wedding in 2011, when he was the ring barer. We are always made welcome by the friendly staff and are never kept waiting for our appointment.

Dr.Hutson has been taking care of PJ (34lb Mini? Aussie) for last 6 yrs.
I checked out several places before finding Dr.Hutson, and now I wouldn't trust anyone else for PJ.
She has a very clean and well run practice. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.
Bottom line is AHRB is a solid choice for your pet. I may be biased but I think AHRB should be the only choice for pet owners in South Bay.
