The staff has always been nice to me and helpful. Great choices many areas of the store.

I was on a road trip and had my doctor in Arizona call in my script. They knew who I was when I reconfirmed and everything was waiting when I arrived. Everyone was super friendly and the store was very clean

Best Walgreens I've ever been .clean , well stocked and a fantastic workers.
I love the cosmetic area . They have NO7 and high end cosmetic btands.

I've always been able to pick up my meds as I walk up with no problem and minimum wait time.

Very kind and helpful. I had no clue how to get photo app. Young lady supposed to be going home took time to help me!

They have just remodelling.beautifull store and great customers service.

I had to call/travel to 5 stores in order to get prescription med. Glad that found here.

My fave Walgreens. They sell French brands of skincare and a British brand of cosmetics and soaps that I love. That being said some of the staff could use customer service training. The dark brunette lady manager is great and pretty much makes up for the staff. She handles their mess ups with the grace they lack.
The pharmacy doesn’t accept prescriptions from your insurance health app. I was told it needed to be called in or “faxed” lol, homing pigeons and dirigible air drop off may also be accepted.
CVS is a little further down the road and doesn’t have issues with modern technology. But for makeup and candy this place has the most choices.

Follow social distancing guidelines. I had a customer stand right next to me as I payed for my purchase and cashier didn't say a word. I felt uncomfortable.

The worse customer service I ever experienced, they do not even smile when greeting you and it seems like the customer is bothering them when asking for help. They all need to have on-line training classes' in Customer Services. I am an Office Manager of a 10 Billion $ company. So, yes I know a thing or two about customer service. And the folks that work at the Pharmacy in Redondo Beach seem miserable and share their misery with you the customers. Not Good!!! Ever time I go to this store location, there are new employees. Turnaround is really bad, sounds like a Management issue that workers don't stay very long. I am now utilizing Mail Order Pharmacy instead of receiving rudeness from the employees that work in the Redondo Beach Walgreens Pharmacy. Very sad!! Doesn't their management team see the overall 3 star rating and you would think they would do something about it?? It's been this way for years. See other past reviews saying the same thing as I just did.

I was forced to come to this pharmacy after Rite Aid closed in Redondo. I've since been a half dozen times or so. The folks up front are friendly and often give a hello when I enter the store and checkout. The ladies in the pharmacy on the other hand have been so rude every time I've been. They both - one dark haired and one blonde woman - have a better-than-you attitude and act like you're interrupting their day. There's a younger guy that tries but he often needs to go ask them for help and they can't be bothered to come give a compassionate explanation why they can't help you. I've also watched this happen with two customers as I waited in line to be helped. I won't be back to this location after today - and I always spend about $100 on drug store necessities when I go (making sure not to check out with those items at the pharmacy - god knows how that would go over). I don't write many reviews but I was pretty livid today. Reading the reviews here, I'm not surprised to see consistent comments about the pharmacy manager and others. What are you doing Walgreens corporate?
