Great experience with my Daughter purchasing her 1st apparel from CSULB and Dad grabbing a few items also...just so sweet. To have her attending this fall for her Master's Degree in Dance....omg...what a Beautiful thing as a Parent to see her accomplish her next chapters in her book of Life!!

Attended CSULB Alumni shopping event this afternoon! Great Buys available 30% off for Alumni. Very helpful staff making sure you were finding items you were looking for!

The bookstore was such a peaceful atmosphere when I went! Quiet. It wasn't busy at all, so I was able to find what I needed (right by the entrance might I add; some scantrons) and head to the cashier who was polite and quick!

Enjoyed visiting this campus with our Florin High School LAW & IT Academy students.

Good service and they have what the student needs. However, they may not have the lowest prices available, I do not feel that this detracts from the five stars. I would much rather have the better service with slightly higher prices, than crappy service with the lowest price. So yes, I like this place for my school needs as well as my student technology needs.

The staff is nice and welcoming and everything is organized pretty well with all the electronics in one area l, clothes in another, books in their own designated area, etc, which makes finding what you need so much easier unlike other university book stores I've visited which seemed unorganized. The staff seem to be well informed of everything whenever I ask a question they answer immediately and well informed

Good items LBC. Prices are high on most of the items but it’s a great store. The place to def find your CSULB products. They have a good color range in the hydro flasks and styles in clothes but hardly any small or medium hoodies or sweatshirts most of the time. Wish they offered som student discount on products. Over all I’ve the store.

I'm an online MBA student and stopped in to get my student ID. Looked like a great establishment, but no bathrooms inside. Had to find the nearest bathroom in a nearby building.

Staff was knowledgeable and very polite. The campus was fantastic

Has a great selection of different items. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. I was having an issue in real life and came in to ask for assistance and everyone went above and beyond to provide help. I have never purchased a book from here and can not provide input.
