Best customer service. Nice to see the mom and pop places still around. Have been going here since 2013 and never an issue. Always courteous, knows my name and takes care of me. Can't beat this place. I moved and even go out of my way to drop off my stuff here.

I would have given this place 5 stars- I have only visited once but they were fast, friendly and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, I didn’t examine my garments when I picked them up, which was over a year ago. In fact, I didn’t open the clear plastic until today, and I have made 2 very unfortunate discoveries.

1) A silicon adhesive nipple cover I lost a year ago was stuck on the OUTSIDE of my pink silk Prada dress. The dry cleaners apparently did not inspect even the exterior of this slinky garment to notice that a large pink silicon disc was stuck to the fabric to the front of the dress. They ran the dress through the cleaning process...and the silicon/adhesive melted into the fabric.

2) My Moschino men’s suit-shirt dress has yellow stains all over it- looks like yellow drops from some kind of cleaning spray across the front, shoulder, and side of the dress.

Both garments are ruined. I wish i had used a dry cleaner better vetted to handle my designer clothes.
