I would recommend coming here if you need your documents right away. Everyone here was very understanding, patient and helpful. I made sure to apply for the birth certificate online, showed the barcode I received in the confirmation email. The wait in line was about 5 mins. Once it was my turn, I read the last 4 numbers in the confirmation code, told the person my relationship to the person, and paid. Since I paid with card, there was a fee of 1.75 and I had to show ID to match the card. In total I paid 33.75.

Went in without an appointment on the 22nd of December and the service was very quick. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely go back again when I need my certificates.

This was the best and fastest place went in as a walk-in put an appointment when I got there left in less than 10 min

Yesderday (November 28, 2023) without an appointment I went into this L.A. County Register-Recorder office. I was lucky to have been serviced for the birth certificate document copy I needed for an employment hiring process orientation. The clerks at this Florence-Firestone Branch were both very courteous, helpful and kind with me. I received the copy I needed in less then 10 minutes without any technicality fuss or excuse. Thank you very much due to this excellent professional service I received I begin my 1st day of employment today (November 29, 2023) 🫠.

Able to get birth certificates for myself and children less than 30 minutes for the whole process. Staff were great answering my questions as well.

The office is open and located towards the back of the first floor. Very easy to get a certified copy of birth certificate. I made an appointment online and received my copy in less than 5 mins. It’s $32 for a copy.

Okay guys read this first! The office is OPEN but you need an appointment! Very easy to get one online just Google this office and links will pop up. Fill out your application online, choose an appt time, confirm it in email, and then show up to the appt with whatever you need and you'll be in and out in minutes. The woman at the counter today was very nice and even helped me get an extra certificate while I was there. Because she already had my info from the first application , it only took her a minute to add on another service. You can even check multiple services when you make the appt online to avoid adding it on late in person, but it's really no hassle to them as long as you have all your info and documents/ID ready to go.

Wow, I read reviews and decided to come here to see if it's true. I need to apply for birth certificate and I need 3 copies. I went inside, filled out application form took me 2-3 minutes and went to the window. The was no line and i finished really fast. The service was amazing!!!
The information desk wave me at entrance and guide me. The whole process was very pleasant. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone. Totally worth to drive the distance for best service! Also parking is Free!!!

I can't even believe it myself that i found parking as soon as i drove in AND under shade. Went inside and it was super clean, the staff was incredibly kind & helpful. I went in and came out in less than 10 minutes to be exact. ( I came around 1030am )

I'm very impressed with this location! I got there around 8:35-8:40AM to get a birth certificate. Lots of parking available, friendly staff, and very fast service! I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Extremely satisfied!

Went in for a birth certificate and was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes. The lady at the window was very nice. For it being my first time the process was awesome I really thought it would take longer.

The people here were SO friendly and SO SUPER helpful. There was no line at all, and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They even told us where to go to get a birth certificate copy that would work for aquiring a passport. Good choice of office to come to.

I went in to get a copy of my birth certificate. I just had to fill out a quick form and pressed some options on a touch screen pad at the front desk. Waited about 10 minutes in line with the completed form and was attended by a kind lady at the window and left with a copy of my birth certificate. Awesome staff and fast service.

I ordered my birth certificate online and received it less then 7 days. The online process was easy and simple. Best part is that I avoided going in person since I now live in Las Vegas.

I have visited this location on numerous occasions and every time the service was excellent and quick. The customer service was also pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to anyone whose looking to be service quick and with great customer service.

I cannot believe the difference between this office and Van Nuys. It's like first world versus third world. Van Nuys has no free parking, it's crowded, dirty, noisy and chaotic. This office had plenty of free parking in their adjacent lot, it's clean, no lines, polite and efficient employees, in and out in 3 minutes, literally. I drove here from Glendale after taking one look at the van Nuys office and it was worth the drive.

The reviews are real, bro. I went for a birth certificate at 8:33am and was out at 8:40am. I already had my application printed out from their website and they scanned the bar code on the paper and printed my certificate. It was lit.

I was gonna go to the one by LAX but saw this one has good reviews. Went here for a copy of birth certificate for my son and was out by 10minutes 😊 nice and friendly staff esp the gentleman in the front desk 👍
