If I wore a hat 🎩 I'd be writing about taking my hats off to the outstanding work the guys in this fire-house do everyday...

But alas I am not the type of guy that is either insecure about everything that is him or am I at a loss for hair so the need for any sort of hat 🎩 is nonexistent in my life...

Except for the day I moved to the lovely hills of Baldwin, damn near right on top of the firestation if not a block down the street on coliseum when for a brief moment in my life there was something atop my head that covered the perfect flow of hair I grow from the sun it loves so in the shape of a hat...

A cowboy hat to be exact and one that I had for some strange reason thought as something I should keep and move it along with me along with all the other pieces of junk I drug over here...

So many pieces of junk that I was only left standing outside the moving truck with two full hands and the keys hanging out my mouth about ready to make the walk to my apartment until I noticed sometime had forgotten...

The 🎩 hat I kept laid in the middle of the front seats and just within my arms reach to lean in and hook it with my finger then tilt down the side of my face to allow it to somehow find a spot and sit until I could be free to drop the load...

And when that was only seconds away from becoming reality the sound of the boys in reds powerful siren kicked in and screamed down my street in a loud smack gtflny kinda way...

Following that sound and their exit from my moment is when I calmly pried up the hat 🎩 from my head and tipped it off never to be worn again...

For the firefighters.
