My new favorite coffee place! I have patroned at least half a dozen times since I first received a gift card for my birthday. The gc ran out, but I keep going back. I have only gotten the iced or hot lattes, but others whom I have bought for have loved their flavored lattes! The food is yummy and delicious, too. It is a nice little quiet gem. This time we dined in and there was a steady stream of customers coming in, mostly to go orders. A&J offers both online and app orders where you can earn reward points, or you can order in person, too. I love the app ordering; it saves me time when picking up. The staff have all been very friendly, personable, and patient when mulling over the menu as well as offering suggestions.

What an amazing little, big coffee shop.
The coffee is great and the bagels are fresh. Very homey feeling this place. You could absolutely miss it or drive by but I wouldn't recommend it. It's a wonderful place to spend 30 minutes.

Very cute local spot with great food. Tried the Hot Panini and the Ham & Turkey sandwich - the bread and meats were very fresh and high quality. Will definitely be coming back to try breakfast burrito and bagel sandwich

I am so excited to have this shop in our neighborhood! It is light and bright and employs several young people that live and go to school locally. We happened to arrive in the late afternoon this past Saturday and were surprised to find that they had an acoustic musical group setting up. We stayed throughout the entire show and were delighted at how our evening turned out. Looking forward to many more delights from this neighborhood gem. Also, the coffee and sandwiches are excellent!

I've visited this café a handful of times now. I've always enjoyed my time there. The staff is very welcoming, the location is very calm and cozy, and the food is great. I highly recommend the breakfast burritos.

My husband and I found this hidden gem one Saturday morning looking for a new breakfast spot. So beautiful and clean inside. Decor is cool, board games, large tables and delightfully quiet. Everything is delicious too! We’re hooked on their breakfast panini :)

This place has thee best tuna sandwich!! I get it on wheat bread lightly toasted and it's perfection. So yum! Staff is also very sweet. Fav new lunch spot.

We weren't that hungry so we got BLT sándwiches. Oh my, simple, but oh so good. Ice cream was good also. What makes this place is the atmosphere and the friendly staff. You should come by its worth it.

Super sweet people!! Awesome pastries. My only thing is I wish there was a little section with couches/ recliners etc so it’d be a little more comfortable/ homey. Other than that it’s an awesome location with lots of potential, super excited for what’s to come! Would love some live music or even better open mics with all that space.

This gem harkens back to small town cafes where the staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The coffee here is really good and each day there are new varieties to try. Your money will go farther here too, because the prices are more reasonable than the larger chains.

Great coffee selections PLUS sandwiches and sweet goodies! Plenty of room to bring some friends and hang out and soak up the cool vibe. The icing on the cake was the customer service - superb!

Best coffee shop in Long Beach. Great coffee, outdoor seating, great bagels, sandwiches, and their panini sandwiches are delicious. The girls that work there are personable and kind.

I'm always here since my school's basically right next door but even if it wasn't I'd still go here because the staff is super friendly and nice, plus the prices are low and the coffee is pretty good which is awesome. 5/5 stars I'm definitely going to be coming here daily, plus their music taste is amazing 👌

Been wanting to stop in and try the coffee since we saw it had opened. So glad we stopped. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The turkey and reuben paninis were awesome. Definitely recommend. We will be back for sure

Very friendly staff and good coffee, nice atmosphere, this place is warm, family business, has the spirit of California, i loved it, i will come again at everytime i come to long beach. I recommend this place to everyone wants to get a good taste of coffee.

Awesome place. Great food and drinks. Excellent service. Favorite drink is the king. Or iced tea with a little vanilla and a splash of cream. And the paninnis are to die for. Or the creamy grilled cheese add onions and pepperoncinis.

Always a fantastic experience. The staff always do an excellent job, and the service is usually speedy. Highly recommend. Try the avocado toast with salt and pepper.
