My realtor had found a plumber who charged to do a consultation and also quoted 10,000 to do all the plumbing work. I asked my coworker for recommendations and found Alberto. He will come out to do a free quote for you, and tell you what is necessary vs. what is needed. He is very responsive to calls and texts. It's a family owned business in the local area, so they are here for us in SGV whenever we need plumbing services. I'm so glad I found Alberto because he did the necessary work for a lot less than what my realtor's plumber quoted for. I'm going to keep calling Alberto for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommend him to my friends, family, and coworkers.

Alberto has come out a few times to fix a variety of plumbing issues. He is quick to respond and usually comes out same day or next day. I highly recommend Just Rooter and Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Alberto and his crew were great and are reasonably priced. They were able to fix my clogged sink and replace my garbage disposal in less than an hour and explained everything in detail before starting their work. He provided me with a free estimate and thoughtfully explained what the issue was with my Water Heater, which he was able to fix in no time. Absolutely perfect service. Alberto was quick to contact m e and promptly responded to each of my inquiries. My issue was a leak from the upstairs bathrooms into the downstairs bathroom ceiling. Alberto agreed to provide me a free estimate. He called to advise he was on his way and timely arrived. On arrival he was equipped with everything he needed, including materials he needed to cover my floors and sink area. After he completed his work, he thoroughly cleaned-up. He was knowledgeable about his work and even made suggestions to help me save money, although it meant he would make less money. He offered to work with my insurance company. He was always courteous and extremely helpful. He was also quick. He was all business while he was working as was his associate. I should also note that Alberto and his associate put their protective booties over their shoes before I even opened the door. I could not give a higher recommendation than I give to Just Rooter and Plumbing. They epitomize professionalism. I am so glad to have a plumber I can finally trust. Our sink was backing up into our bathtub. I saw that Just Rooter and Plumbing had good reviews so I decided to give them a call. I was so glad that I did! Alberto and his team were friendly, prompt, professional, informative, and honest. They fixed the backup quickly and their prices are very affordable. Alberto is totally honest and reliable. He diagnosed the problem by just me describing it over the phone. He arrived on time and showed me the problem with his camera. He used a hydro-jet method that totally cleared out my sewer line. I highly recommend him to anyone. He knows his stuff. What I liked most is that he lets his customers know the options they can take for what they can afford. We need more honest workers like him.

Alberto was referred to us and was everything we could ask for and more. He answered his phone right away when called on a Saturday morning. He practically diagnosed the problem over the phone as tree roots. He already had two jobs, but said he would get to our house about 2pm and he was spot-on. We like that he uses a camera and can show you live footage of where the problem is located and what needs to be done. As he suspected, it was tree roots. He went the extra mile and cleaned out another pipe that wasn’t causing a problem as a precaution. We opted for the hydro-jet method. Thank you Alberto! Professional, courteous, clean, and fair.

Mr. Alberto Flores came out on 9/11/2020, we called him and he was very polite and told us he would be out to us in 20 minutes. He was very punctual, very polite and helpful. He gave us advise to help keep our drain clean longer. We will definitely call him back any time we need his services.
