I had a great experience. The room looked the way it was advertised! 10 minutes from little Tokyo. The Hollywood sign was slightly visible from where we stayed. 2 minute walking distance from food places. There is also a hospital nearby.

I come all the time to LA but this time brought my younger siblings to explore. We got the comfort room:

- Room was spacious and clean
- Parking was simple
- Good hot water and had plenty towels to start off when checking in
- a few food spots that are walkable and driveable down the road(Mexican Rest, Thai, Popeye, subway, Chines Rest, McD)
- Convenience store right around the corner. Also Gas Station and a 7-11 that were down the road aswell
- 10 minute drive to Little Tokyo(anytime)
- Before 8am, it's a 20-30 min drive to either Santa Monica or Lake Hollywood Park.
- Around 30 minutes to Universal Studios
- Across the street from Hospital

This location doesn't have a lobby if that is something that is a must for you. Our room was on the third floor, attached a video below of the scenary. A grand view wasn't important to us since we would be exploring mostly. Since we are across from a hospital, you might hear an ambulance, never interrupted my sleep though. A few occasional homeless when walking to 7-11, but this is LA, nothing new there . In conclusion, we would book this spot again.

I have stayed here with family and friends in the past and it has not disappointed! Our trip last weekend solidified that with the great front desk service and maid service! The parking is also a great add-on since most hotels charge by the day separately. I will continue to book this hotel for future trips

Don't know what's up with some of the bad reviews,loved this place,quite,very friendly staff,very clean,right next to Hospital where my Dad was staying,very affordable for Los Angeles.
Will come back again when in town.

Limited Free parking inside a small garage . The front desk let me park against the wall because all the actual spaces were full ,that was cool. Located in downtown Los Angeles , reasonable prices, Nice basic room ,flat screen tv mounted on the wall , spacious . Refrigerator and microwave was in my room. Back windows in my room overlooking a business parking lot.

Room was spacious and smelled and looked clean.. I still sprayed everything down with lysol just for safety... bed and pillows were comfortable... shower was good and also bathroom was nice and spacious.. best for the buck in my opinion.. when I come back to Los Angeles I'll be staying her again..

Nice and clean, very comfortable beds, parking is free. 15 minutes away from Hollywood,
27 minutes to Santa Monica.

Diamond in the rough! Very clean. Owners are so nice. Bed was comfortable. The clearly have been working hard to remodel the hotel. The sign may be old, but the inside is amazing!!! Close to USC hospital, Dodger stadium, downtown, and so many attractions. Can’t meet the price. Free parking. Free WiFi. The bathroom vanity lights take amazing selfies! Was so amazed at how nice everything was for the price. Would stay here again!

I stayed here last weekend and it was wonderful! So quiet and nice inside it had been remodeled! Free parking included and they even let me checkout at 1 pm, staff was very friendly! Thanks and will book again next time I'm in LA!!!

Very convenient location if one has someone receiving treatment at the KECK hospitals and you're in need of a place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Used this Motel numerous times

Great value, great accommodations, great staff. And the room is worth the money. This place is a great motel close enough to the action you don't miss a step.. Hidden gem for sure . Amazing stay.

Easy check in, great location to downtown L.A. area. Rooms were clean and had linoleum flooring rather than carpet which is a plus.

Clean comfortable room. Convenient and free parking, a big plus in this area. Friendly staff. Will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Well- located, food trucks in area, corner stores nearby, lots of price-friendly restaurants. Rooms were very clean, accommodating staff.

Hotel is sparkly clean ans quiet despite being near a hospital. Love it. Which i knew about this place sooner 🤩🤩🤩
