I do not know what all the complaining is about. I bought my car with no problems. Everyone was very nice and the process went off without a hitch. I think people just love to complain on social media. Those of us who have a good experience do not think to write a review.

Still loving my car I got from them well over a year ago. Hasn't needed any major service, very smooth & solid and seems like it will run forever which would be just fine with me :)

Read the reviews. Don’t waste your time or money. Cars are bad and they are really rude. They showed me a car and than I asked them to show me another one. And he was all rude and said. Are you going to even buy it or just looking. I was like that’s so rude if you don’t want to show me a car just tell. Me and he was like not being rude just asking. I walked and left. He had a bad attitude never ever coming to any of this dealers all their cars are bad and expensive

This dealer stole my money, they play trick to customer. I still keep all evidence.
Murphy, Ignacio, Gustavo.. you all treat me cruel. I said to you I am a poor guy, I just come to US a few month but you guys still took my moneys. $1,200 was so big to me. You know that you ruined my life with that. The large amount of money I borrowed from my relatives, please refund it to me. Stay away from this dealer, they are thieves.

They're unprofessionals I bought a car on the 17th. Of July I been waiting for my pink slip on my car and they gave me a lot of stupid stories.

Been 6 weeks and haven't received my car Title Yet. I call them about once a week and they gave me the same story still waiting.

I really wonder if they really send for the title or not If I don't get it soon I'm I have to take legal action.

This place doesn't even deserve the one star rating, but I had to put something here just to leave this review, because people need to be truly aware & beware of this place before they purchase from here. This car lot is a total horrific nightmare, of all carlot's ever. We purchased from this place & they did not honor their own warranty They sold us a lemon & we had to pay over 5000$ in repairs before we had even driven the Ford Excursion, that we purchased from M& M, even 20 miles. The salesman, Johnny, purposely sold us a vehicle that he knew was going to break down, as soon as we got it off of the lot There was another man there, Ignacio, who later admitted that we had been sold a lemon, from this business. When I requested, to speak to the owner, I was continually denied that request. They keep any upper management, especially the owner, away from the customers & they refuse to allow the customers to speak or communicate with the owner or upper management. This place looks like a car lot, but with all I saw, I think it may be a front for more sinister activity. They behave with behaviors of criminals. At the time of breakdown, of our truck, our vehicle was newly purchased & under full warranty & this place refused to honor their warranty, at all, they refused to assist in any way, even in telling us any info so that we could repair our vehicle ourselves, we paid 6000$ for this truck from this carlot, and when we went to test drive it, there was no check engine light on, that is because this carlot cleared the trouble codes, without fixing the problem & then when people came to test drive, the car salesman told them that there was nothing wrong with the truck, we we were gullible enough to trust them & we got ripped off, we are still having problems with the truck that we purchased from them & for the first month that we had our truck, we could not even drive it & this truck had to stay in the repair shop for the entire first month that we owned it & the repair costs we had to pay for ourselves, since M&M carlot refused to fix the vehicle. Our truck was freshly purchased & under M&M carlot's full warranty & this carlot refused to fix our truck, at all, so we actually had to find the closest repair shop, because we we were broke down in the truck that we just paid 6000$ cash money for, because M& M refused to help us, at all & we we're less than three miles from M& M when we broke down. The males here, at M&M, walk around acting like they are Mexican mafia rejects, Johnny told a story, when we came to try to get this place to honor the warranty, of how he was stabbed, by a customer & lifted his shirt to reveal his stab wounds, we had to let him know that we really do not get into that sort of thing, so they are crude & rude, as well & they want to talk about anything except repairing the vehicles they sell ir standing by their word & contracts. Especially made us agry that it is their warranty & that our truck was welk still in & under warranty & do therefore, they do not keep their word, as they feel that they are beyound everyone else & that they do not have to stand on their words, even if it's in writting, they didn't not care, they are liars & cheaters & will tell you anything so they can cheat you out of your money & they do not care if it leaves you broke down & dead, all they want is your money period, they are the fakest people to ever exist Do yourself a huge favor & held my warning, it you might be sorry that this place exists, as well, Do NOT purchase anything from these people they are crooks & it took forever to get the title, just like everyone else here is saying & our truck still has some issues because it was a lot of wear & tear when the truck went down

I hated this place. I went to buy a car from them but they were rude and dishonest. I don't understand how these clowns are still in business. The staff here are a joke. The cars they have for sale are all junk. They told me the car that I wanted to buy was never in an accident but there were obvious signs that the car was involved in an accident. I brought a buddy with me who is a car body repair specialist and he pointed out all of the cars that they have for sale where involved in an accident except for maybe 10 of them. Not to mention that their advertised prices are a rip-off and they were not willing to negotiate their advertised prices.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!! They give you a car that only works for a month then spends the rest of its time in the shop. And when theyre done working on it, you'll get it back with something else wrong with it. They dont inspect it for you, lag on keeping you updated on when its supposed to be ready, and does not want to trade it in or help you at all. Worst used car dealership. The manager, Johnny, is really cool and down to earth but could be uptight when doing business. And makes excuses when bringing up the problem with his boss. Do yourself a favor and DONT waste your time or money with them!!!

If you're not a mechanic, you WILL be ripped off, guaranteed.
It is legal to request the car be taken to a dealership to be inspected before purchase. Do that and be safe of the vehicle you purchase from them. Otherwise, DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Finance a car from them that broke down the same day. They assured me they fixed the problem and the same thing happened again soon as I got the car back. Rip offs!
