This program was amazing. The school here is an actual certified testing location, so when you go here you get the added bonus of practicing in the facility you are going to test in! They have life like mannequins to practice on and realistic hospital rooms set up on campus with all supplies needed. The best part though was our teacher Mr. Adam! He literally will do anything in his power to make sure you have everything you need and more to pass the state test. He’s super patient, very friendly, and has went above and beyond by providing us with extra practice materials. I passed both of my tests (practical and written) first time no problems! Amazing program!

I SPEND most of my time searching for the best CNA school and look what i found! Nurse's development center Inc located at Cypress. for me first impression last . Starting from Phone call i was impressed with miss Carla taking time explaining everything i need to comply for in person enrollment. DURING MY ENROLLMENT Carla helped me with all the paper works and explain each paper needed to be signed one by one. By doing that is a great customer or client satifaction. Compliments to the staff for being so nice and informative.
The school has its own actual testing room and the program took 21 days. Mr Adam, my instructor he literally make sure that we understand and enjoy the program. He always remind us to study and be prepared for our State exam . He is funny, friendly and a good instructor.

I spent some time researching several CNA programs throughout Orange County, and I was impressed with how NDCI carried themselves. I felt that my concerns were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. NDCI was completely transparent and open with guiding and walking me through the application process and entirety of the CNA program. I felt that the tuition cost was fair and appropriate compared to other programs. Again, they provided several documents that clearly listed out the cost and tuition of the necessary materials and expectations within the program.

I took the 21 day course and although the program was short, the content was delivered as concisely and straightforward as possible by our instructor, Mr. Adam. This instructor made sure to take the time in explaining and emphasizing all the steps of each skill for the state exam. Mr. Adam was present and available with our concerns, especially during clinical.

As for our clinical site, it was a wonderful and invaluable experience to have. I am grateful to have shadowed several CNAs during the clinical hours.

I was made aware that NDCI also has an LVN program. I am still considering it!

Overall, I highly recommend anyone pursuing a CNA position to consider NDCI for their program.

I had a great time with this school and its staff. My instructor Mr. Adam was very nice and very accommodating. If joining I recommend trying to get him as your instructor.

Highly recommend NDCI! The daytime CNA course is worth the determination! My instructor, Mr. Adam, makes learning the concepts enjoyable and very much doable. I can assure you that Mr. Adam not only cares for his students success in the program but also their mental health throughout. He very much engaging and also provides the best advice and feedback. With the ecstatic atmosphere and bubbly peers, I wish I can experience this program all over again! We are lucky to have Mr. Adam to guide us! 👍🏻👍🏻

Great program and great staff. Took my CNA course and it was an excellent experience. Clinicals were great and learned a lot. I feel prepared for my CNA exam and also to take on a CNA role soon in the future.

My experience in the CNA program has been amazing at this school!! I came in shy and nervous but little did I know I would meet the coolest people. Friendships have been made within my classmates and even my instructor!! My instructor's name is Adam. Whoever is now reading this because you're interested in the CNA program I wish you have Mr. Adam. He has such a beautiful soul. Not only is he a very empathetic person but he will do whatever it takes to make sure his students succeed. He's very encouraging and makes everyone feel comfortable enough to ask questions. Mr. Adam definitely made a mark in my life and I will forever be grateful that I got to start this journey with him as my instructor.

When I came into NDCI I didn't know what to expect, coming in to take the CNA course with zero prior medical field experience, I knew it would be a challenge as I took the Daytime accelerated course. My instructor was Mr. Adam, and I am so lucky to have had him as my instructor. He was an amazing teacher and is very passionate about teaching, he went above and beyond for us as students to help us grasp the material and made it very easy to understand. I would recommend NDCI to anyone looking to take the CNA or any other courses they offer, as they as a whole are a great company with an extremely great staff.

I enjoyed taking the CNA course at NDC! The staff are really nice and accommodating. I took the daytime course online and the last week in person for practicals. My instructor was Mr. Adam, he is an amazing teacher! His teaching was clear, hands-on, and straight to the point. He is very passionate about the medical field and it shows when he teaches the CNA course. He truly cares about his students and goes above and beyond to make sure every student understands the material and skills. I highly recommend NDC if you're looking to have an enjoyable learning experience and pass your license exam!

I loved my whole experience here from the online classes to the clinical i met some of the nicest teachers and learning all these new things were a breeze if i ever was confused I always felt like I could ask questions 10/10

My experience and having the opportunity to attend CNA school was so awesome. The instructor that taught us what we need to know to pass our CNA test was so helpful to all his students. We learned so much in class and during our clinicals. I want to thank Nursing Development for being so kind and professional threw out the experience with the school. I'm happy to say that I was able to find a job more then 3 days after my course with finalized. ❤🙏

I had a great experience with my CNA class. Teacher was understanding, treats you like one of her children, and excellent at what she does. It was just like playing house and the students and teacher are family. I highly recommend it.
