Brian was one of the best salesmen we’ve ever encountered and I’m not exaggerating. We were in the area and had been searching for a new mattress and thankfully, they were open with just enough time for us to try a few out. He took the time and broke down all the options we were interested in and gave us great insight as well! He was able to work with us on the price as we had a strict budget. Go see Brian for all your mattress needs!!!

I recommend coming here if you are looking to buy a mattress, whether you are unsure of which one to buy or you know exactly what you want. They have a huge selection (the most out of the handful I've visited prior to coming here) of in-person mattresses on display and ready for you to try. Brian Iribe was very helpful and knowledgeable on the list of mattresses I had in mind. He was able to recommend a few firm comfort level options within my budget, and I ended up selecting one of his recommendations. He was also able to recommend a mattress for my mom, who also ended up buying a new mattress. The mattress was delivered the following day and I am loving my new mattress. Ask for Brian!

Was positive I was only going to spend a certain amount of money, and then met Brian at the Sit n' Sleep store. He should own the company! 😅He is armed with product knowledge, customer service attentiveness and a style of "persuasiveness" that is just the right amount of push. Initially I was too focused on price alone, so when he had me judge the difference in quality based on price, I couldn't deny it. QUALITY is everything! And so is a salesman who knows his industry. I walked out with the full package: A mattress, box spring, mattress protector and new pillow! 😅 I'm so excited, getting everything delivered on New Years Eve... Couldn't be more perfect! Thank you Brian, you really helped by giving me a new perspective and a fantastic mattress!

I really can’t express how amazing our experience was with Larry. First of all, we came into the store as they were closing but Larry seemed like he had had his first 5 cups of coffee for the day full of energy greeting us with a smile. He also genuinely had an excitement and a true enthusiasm to help us find our perfect bed (and I am the most indecisive human). He was transparent, honest, friendly and hilarious at the same time. He helped us take our time to find not just the most expensive mattress but what he knew would bring us the most value for what we were looking for. We got a great deal and will definitely be back. We don’t have anymore need for more mattresses but I am definitely bringing any friends or family here that may be in the market for a new bed. Larry is a gem and it was great to finally find good customer service in a world that has lost this art. 10/10 stars!

Had a very smooth experience here. Brian was week informed, patient, and really balanced being proactive while avoiding being pushy. He got me to the right mattress and really made me feel good about my purchase.

My only complaint is that I wish the sheets selection were more robust and the pillows had a specific section to browse through. But this is a mattress store so I can forgive it.

Brian took his time to show us many options, and helped us figure out what we liked or disliked until we found the right bed for us. We felt very cared for, but never pushed to make a decision. The manager was very helpful in the phone pre-visit and I was fortunate enough to get Brian as the sales staff. I liked the automated assessment to help me select a mattress, and appreciated the clean cover that was put down on the assessment bed. Brian was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and seemed honest and approachable. I was able to get a bed in my price range and appreciated the chance to test the beds (as opposed to ordering online) and the customer service. Ended up getting some pillows too! It was a very good experience overall.

This was spectacular. Went to the West Hollywood store. Met Mike the store manager. He put me through the super-scientific test bed to determine what mattress I needed. Then he immediately let me sample what met those test results. You might go to Sit N Sleep for the guaranteed best deal aka the radio commercial, but these people know what they are doing. They literally have the largest inventory of all kinds of mattresses. That is why you should go here. To get the best mattress. We are 6-Days Post-Black Friday but they honored those prices. They gave me a an additional 10% military discount just for seeing my Colonel Tie Clasp. (I proudly showed him my ID card.) Mike knew more about beds, mattresses and the science of sleeping than anyone that I have ever met. This is the only place you should go for mattresses. Larry Miller what a great store and company that you have built.

My salesperson Brian Iribe did everything he could to make our experience a good one. Very knowledgeable, professional and wasn’t pushy. I would recommend this store because of how well I was treated by Brian. And we got an excellent quality bed at a substantially discounted price.

Brian at sit and sleep made it so easy....there are an enormous number of choices....we were quick and effecient . Brian also did something that was very cool....he made me feel quite comfortable with the choice id made....a very good experience overall

Brian did a great job helping me replace my bed after water damage. He was friendly snd professional and handled my landlord well too. 2nd time at sit n sleep. Both times have been good experiences.

Alex was amazing and helped me find a mattress in my budget and also for my particularly cranky neck. From trying them out to discussing the warranty to arranging delivery, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I was worried buying a mattress would involve the type of hard selling like a car salesman, but Alex was amazing! I would highly recommend this store and ask for Alex!!
