What a nice lady works here. Went around with a tray of wet napkins, toothpicks, made sure everyone was 👌

My only regret is that we do not have one of these near my neck of the woods. Perfect location for those looking for a bite to eat. However, there are no bathrooms. You will need to grab Starbucks across the street and use restroom there! The food is A+ and depsite no bathrooms I would still eat here again!

I've visited this El Pollo Loco more times than I can count since it's less that a block away from the office. The customer service here is superb. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello. And most importantly, my order is always correct.

Polo Loco is the best of the best all-around-taste-to-healty fast food franchises around! This one's a good one. Full size "birds" are used here.

Nice service, good food

My friend Jack wet himself when we were on our way to watch the fiddler on the roof staring one of our old mathematics teachers and directed by a close friend of ours called Billy baby James. Jack was upset that we were going to be late. So we grabbed a loco bowl here and it was truly spectacular. We ate and made the show on time after cleaning up.
