Rose is the best thing to happen to my income taxes since the Earned Income Credit! I did a virtual consultation for the first time on the strength of the other 5-star reviews. They were spot on! I needed to file for a previous year and had been putting it off for far too long. I emailed all documents and Rose worked her magic. I was afraid of what I was going to have to pay and left the virtual consultation with my taxes filed and accepted and with a refund!! What an awesome experience around the worst time of the year ... the tax season. I gave Rose a call and she picked up immediately. I was able to make an appointment for the weekend and I went on my happy way to meet my potentially new tax preparer. She was SO kind and extremely patient. As my finances change from year to year, I had plenty of questions for her … which she answered every question in thorough detail. Needless to say, I just met MY new preparer.
