Roy was prompt when he came for an estimate on repairs and our installation two days later only took 30 minutes! Very pleasant and efficient! We will use his services again if we need them!

Roy is a great guy ! Very knowledgeable and time efficient. The pricing was lower than some other plumbers that quoted their "discount" rates. I felt the completed job was above standard and no remorse as with other companies in the past.
Never tried to oversell other PM service like others.

Roy is an amazing person any issues he is the man!!! What's better than having a local small business that serves our community great prices great service trusted company you won't be disappointed 😉

Always Quick Response, then Quick Actions for Repairing. These are the Most Important Facts to the Customers. I appreciate Roy's Team very much. His Teammate I forgot to ask his name, however, he was very Polite.
Of course, their Job is Very Good. So I am really satisfied.

Roy is a very nice and kind guy. I am so glad to see him. Yes, it is True. However, I don't want to see him anymore WHEN I HAVE TROUBLES ABOUT MY HOUSE THEN I HAVE TO REPAIR THEM !！
Because he fixed my house plumbing THREE TIMES IN A YEAR !！

His looks are scary a little, however, his reply  is very quick. Then Roy came to my place with his Coworker for repair it. Both of them are friendly and nice. They did a very nice job. Anyway, when we have troubles with leaking water, we feel very nervous. During that time, Technician does a very quick response that we can relieve from the anxiety. It must be a Very Good Job. 💮💯

He admitted using the same broken head on his machine for 30 years and cleaned this same drain every 4 months to the previous tenants. I went to home Depot, they guarantee their work. They showed me the correct heads for cutting roots and that's when I realized the head he used was broken! It's 1 1/2 inches wide and the wrong head for a 4" pipe with roots, know wonder the drain clogged 2 hours later! Save yourself 150 bucks and the hassle of incompetent wor, rent a self feeding machine and do a better job if you're in a hurry, it's a piece of cake! 5-25-2021
