Noodles between bakery and convenience store. Not Capitol seafood. It's great.

As always the place is clean plants are always watered and maintained. Now they have a beautiful center piece with a calming water.

It's fine, traffic sucks, people suck

We visited Monterey Park Mall to dine at NBC Seafood Restaurant. Free parking was available and the restaurant had great food.

Seafood Restaurant. Famous for its Dim Sum,
this restaurant is a favorite in Monterey Park,
serving hundreds of customers daily.

Tonight's menu included steamed lobster pieces, shrimp and sweet walnuts, and steamed
rice with vegetables.

First I stopped at Nutrishoppe so I could make sure I had the proper nutrition for the pump I was about to get at LA Fitness. It was delt day and spin class day and by the time I was done pumping up my cannon ball sized delts it was time for extreme spinning with Marcelino. This is a very clean gym compared to others I've been to. 💪🏽💀 oh yeah get those gains

If you love garlic then you'll LOVE this place. The food ate great and the noodles is very bouncy.

Great shave 🍦! Party of 8, shared 4 shave ices. Favorite was the stumpown-coffee expresso. Mango was very good. Came at a good time, normally standing room on a Friday night, but everybody is at home or sports bar watching the Dodgers. Definitely come back with a date!

There is a Universal Bank at this mall. They offer real "free checking" while other banks require a monthly service fee, a minimum amount in deposit or direct deposit...

Okay every once in awhile I try out the free you know 30 days for free or a week for free at the gym and then after couple days I give up and then I see you know what cancel my gym membership because I really don't want to do the gym thing anymore

A really good gym much to do that doesn't make working out boring

Mr Baguette is great! The baguettes are always hot, fresh, and taste great.
