If you need a pediatrician who is kind and professional, Dr. Ferrin Ruiz is your go to. She's the best.

Love Dr. Ferrin Ruiz. She is super kind and attentive. Office is clean and modernized. The best pcp you can have! Because of her I have referrals to great specialists. My whole family is with her.

I want to Thank Jesus Valenzuela for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate health Provider I went to see him and if wasn’t for him I will be very sick he encouraged me to get tests that I needed that a hospital can only do and saved my kidney turned out I had a bad infection was hospitalized for days thank you god bless you will continue to receive care from your clinic.

Horrible place!! I asked them for immigration medical exam price on the phone, and Jennifer told that is $175, and I verified if it has any other fees, she said "I am not sure but if you don't agree with the price at the appointment, you just need to pay $40 consulting fee". However, I came to their office today for the appointment, the receptionist told me the price total is $456 because of $175 just for filling out the form I693 plus laboratory fees (She didn't see my vaccine record yet). My friend has done this medical exam a week ago, and the total cost was $250 including a Tdap vaccine in Rosemead.

This is the worst healthcare provider I have ever been to in my life. I first called in and the lady was super unprofessional. When asked for my date of birth the woman laughed and joked that I was too old. Then when I got here for my 1:45pm appointment the doctor did not see me til 3:00. I figured maybe because I was a new patient that's why they took long. I decided to give them a second chance and I got here for my 4:30 appnt and then I'm waiting for 30 mins they call my name only for them to tell me they can't find my appointment. Finally 6pm hits and they call my name then after 30 mins they send me to another room. The doctor tells me I need to go another room the lab room. Ridiculous! So you spend the whole day here. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are. So I'm sitting in the lab room and then a doctor comes and says it's too late. No one in their right mind should come here.

Horrible trato a las personas! Ni con cita te atienden, se la pasan comiendo. Ni porque haya pasado mucho tiempo y tienes que ir a recoger a tus hijos y les súplicas que te hagan el favor de atenderte y te dejan hablando sola que triste. Me cambiaré de clínica👎👎👎👎👎 muy déspotas y pesadas

El peor lugar que puedes escojer como padres, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, te olvidan en el cuarto espere mas de dos hrs,para que yegue una enfermera y me diga que no necesita ver el doctor mi niña de 3 años y yo what 😱 unica persona que me ayudo y puso a todos en su lugar que es la única eficiente ahi creo que se llama carolina no estoy segura lo lei en su bata, solo se que me dijo que era la manager y supervisora de este lugar y a ella si le doy las 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 extrellas, ella me ayudo con todo ella misma saco la sangre a mi niña, me la atendio muy profesional mis respetos para ella, y quiero dar las Gracias aqui publicamente 🙏 deberian de ver mas personas como ud que aman su trabajo ❤Y por ella dare una oportunidad mas a este lugar porque ella prometio darme un mejor servicio!
