I have been going to Brown & Welin for many years, Joe Mansour, along with His son Chris, and the rest of the staff are extremely couteous, kind and very helpful I can't speak highly enough about how kind, caring, courteous and professional Joe and his staff are. You won't find a better pharmacy than Brown and Welin. His pharmacy gives the personal touch, unlike the major chain pharmacies. He and his staff go out of their way to help where ever they can.

The best personal one on one care. It is not convenient, but worth the travel time. In the days of the big guy gobbling up the little one, I choose Brown & Welin.

Prime case study for why a local business can be so much better than a big box chain store. This is an excellent Pasadena locally owned and operated business. The owner, Joseph Mansour, is unbelievably amazing. He will absolutely do everything possible to help his customers. Including getting medication, dealing with insurance, getting the appropriate pharmacy supplies or medical equipment, etc. I use Brown & Welin Pharmacy for all my pharmacy needs. I personally recommend them with absolute confidence.

I love this pharmacy!! I found it just by coincidence in a pinch, and they not only are extremely kind and courteous helping me well beyond what most places would do saving me from unnecessary hospital/ dr trips and money, but they pick up and deliver to your house as well!!! Joe is wonderful as is Chris, They always have a great selection of different things, and they can order what you need. I keep them exclusively for my pharmacy and recommend them to everyone i know.

This is a great pharmacy with a fantastic staff. I have appreciated their hands on personable approach. Oh and did I mention that they do curbside pickup. I am able to call in, pay over the phone, drive to the back parking lot and they bring my purchase out to me. If you prefer to walk in , the store is meticulous.
