They get FIVE STARS because they are attentive to the customers needs and very thorough! Michelle helped me over the phone & gave me the dimensions of the dresser and answered all of my questions! Then I go the next morning to pay & pick up and Michelle was off BUT Lucy took amazing care of me too! ALSO, they wrapped the dresser in the plastic and corner covers not to mess up furniture & to protect customers. It was impeccably wrapped! Prices are good too! I will be back MAX furniture! Stopped by today looking for a couch, the service was top notch. Although the furniture is a bit pricier than what you might pay on Amazon, the quality is worth it. I will definitely be shopping in the near future.

My salesman, Alberto was polite, professional, & helpful. It was a pleasure working w/ him. My delivery men, Christian & Tony were respectful gentlemen, considerate of my floors/walls during setup/cleanup, & focused on getting everything perfect. GREAT 1st time experience & already planning to return!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place..... I'll start with the confirmation call.... Lucy was very professional and was happy to schedule my delivery around my schedule ..... I called to confirm on my delivery date and Lucy again handled all my needs professionally and I enjoyed working with her..... The delivery was on time they built everything and arranged it in the room. Mattresses were brand new fresh and sealed....I check cause of the reviews..... I am so pleased with the service I received here that this is now my number one place for my furniture needs.... Thanks Lucy and the max crew for the wonderful service....I need a dining room table so I'll be seeing you soon!!!!!!

I just couldnt find a sofa anywhere and I had looked everywhere! A friend of mine recommended Max Furniture. I wasnt too hopeful when I went, but Lucy was AMAZING and I was out of there in under an hour. Highly recommend!

My husband who has never purchased any furniture before purchased a beautiful King bed with storage, Max furniture made it so easy, when it was delivered the bed was more than I could ask for they have good furniture at an affordable price..
