Nice clean place love this hotel nice owner she runs a good business

Feels safe but never got a romte and staying a week . But there's a stove in waiting area with the washer dryer broken. 🤔 maids got to get it better then they are.

For the price it was good. I can't complain. There is an amazing tack shop called King Taco. Had that for dinner 2 nights in a row. Rooms okay. It gets hot. Beds kind of comfortable. Bathroom is okay. 50 cash deposit. Uhhh fairly easy to check in. So no complaints

Awesome! Room was clean...after 9pm it was quiet even on weekend. It wasn't loud when I was there during the day I just wasn't there much then. The sink had a slow drain and hot water took awhile to warm up but other than that I was satisfied. Concerning the other negative reviews don't believe everything you read. The front staff was helpful even the old woman.

very clean budget hotel. the staff and manager are very attentive. I have stayed here numerous times and will always come back. minuets from downtown fair prices. 100% will stay again and again.

updating my review from 10 months ago. and adding a star. they have done some great upgrades and improvements to the rooms. definitely will be staying again.

check in was a breeze, other guests were quiet, didn't see any bugs. feels more like staying in a vintage apartment than hotel, in a good way. neighborhood has a lot of great food+places to pick up necessities nearby. 10/10 would stay again

Very good service. Can't understand what are people complaining about?! If you want a luxurious hotel, go to Hilton. Antonio Hotel offers great position close to multiple restaurants and shops, 30 minutes with public transportation to Skyspace tower. I arrived at 11pm and had no troubles getting checked in. Room had more than enough space for me, I got a fridge, an AC, a LCD TV with many programmes and a bathroom with two clean towels and some soaps and shampoos. I even got my towels and my soaps and shampoos changed during the day in between of my two nights here. This hotel seriously deserves higher ratings. I was very worried owning to such low rating and still I'm more than satisfied with what I got. I'm sorry, but I can't help the feeling that people giving 1/5 to this hotel are just cheap spoiled kids.

at this hotel I was in August of 2018. the hotel was clean, the service nice and the rooms clean. the housekeepers took care of my room, the furnishings seemed to be above standard for such a price. I am very satisfied, I plan to go back to LA and I will definitely stay at this hotel again. and I don't understand how anyone can give such a negative review. this hotel does not deserve it. I love this hotel.

Judging by the renovations in process, you can see where the hotel has been, AS WELL AS what it is becoming. It's moving in a positive direction.

Stove, sink, washer & dryer in room off lobby lounging area. Outside patio as well. If you want something from the soda machine, ask if it us working first. If it's not, they'll be happy to give you your change back.

Yes, rooms are small. No more than 2 ppl per room. Some rooms have no bathroom BUT they are accommodating for that as well. Each floor has a separate shower room and bathroom in the hallway.
Seedy area, but very secure & good central location.

Many stores, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, street food all around. Grocery stores 10 min walk away. Gold Line is 2 blocks downhill, and busses right on the corner of Cesar Chavez & Soto.

Rules are strict, but those rules keep you safe. Stay inside after dark, unless you have ride share service to get u to & from there. Vibey area during the day.

Yes, parking does leave a bit to be desired but when you would get the area, it is very common to have a compacted property space. It's L.A. Just know that, beforehand. Small vehicles only.

SOME parking in front. First come, first serve, and be aware of the street cleaning/garbage day rules before parking your car. The later you get there, the harder it will be to find parking. Again, it's L.A. Be prepared. Knowledge is power. (When it comes to parking)

Overall, I was treated with dignity and respect, and so was my daughter. I DID feel safe inside the hotel. Yes, there are a few shortcomings, for which they have accommodations. This includes the hallway bathrooms, as well as making sure the place is secure, keeping strict rules re: visitors, pets, & smoking. It also includes the fact that they are renovating the place, little by little. So please be patient and communicate nicely. They are willing to work with you. (Thank you for that, Sam)

I can't wait to see the finished product of all the renovations. New carpet will be installed as well. I'm excited to see what it's going to look like after that.

When my Fiance and I Booked Antonio hotel we thought the location was perfect and very clean. Our stay was excellent! The owners are respectful and professional. Antonio Hotel smells and is very clean. The maids are kind and respectful. We recommend this hotel to anyone. We are looking forward to our next visit.

After reading the reviews about the Antonio Hotel I came here :ready for a difficult stay .I've been here now three weeks due to the remodeling of my apartment. The Rooms I found are comfortable and have decent amenities given the price, which include a large 32 inch flat screen T.V. wall mounted with cable, WI FI which I have used daily now.A big pillow top bed with extremely clean linen (which are sent out for industrial washing and are white/white clean and crisp cool to sleep in, with daily service linen and towel swap.Also refrigerator and air conditioning.The manager Sam is nice and very helpful in all matters even providing me with a kettle for hot water ..ie coffee..The
maids are even pleasant and courteous..I have experienced a completely different experience then what I read...I think you will Too.

Nice hotel I was able to get something to eat at walking distance and get on any bus, any train my room had a bathroom in it, a big closet, I was able to sleep well I paid $225 on travelocity for 3 nights .I loved the fact that my room didn't stink, that I was able to take a long hot shower. And I loved the fact that it didn't have any bugs, I was able to see the food network.

Antonio Hotel is just 3 mins from Metro station on foot, and very reasonable price. If you are a young single traveler, this hotel will be the best choice. It's a little bit old accomodation, but all blankets and towels were very clean. There was no problem or trouble during 3 days.

Manager is very polite and the rooms are perfect. The cleaning ladies are very sweet and kind and do an excellent job. I would definitely go back again.

This place is honestly one of the hidden gems of East Los Angeles. The rooms are very clean and spacious at very affordable prices. They have WiFi, 24 hour front desk and is conveniently located at the heart of Cesar chavez. If that’s not enough, you are literally two blocks away from light rail transportation and even closer if you want to travel by metro bus. From there you have choices to go to visit downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Montebello and many more places that make LA what it is. The possibilities are endless and it all starts at Antonio hotel.

Staff was helpful and nice, left my jacket there and they stored it for me when I came back. You get what you pay for, but rooms were clean and staff was nice.

The hotel is very nice the staff the ladys that clean the rooms are very kind and understanding they clean the rooms and are very understanding they will try and help the most they can I have no complaints about the hotel or the ladys that clean the rooms are very kind the manager is understanding the rooms are good it even comes whit a small fridge I can personally say that my experience here is very good the rooms are very clean the people don’t bother you go outside and can find store near by and the food is close by u have free WIFI I can say that if I even come back to Los Angeles California I will be sure to stay again in Antonio hotel it is a great experience

Not a 5 star hotel, but a nice firm bed, wifi, flat screen tv and a fridge. What more do you want just outside downtown LA at this price. You just cannot beat the price.

Such a nice place to go to! The receptionists were very friendly. The price is very reasonable, the room was extremely clean! Recommended!
